Good afternoon! Very busy day, been on training for my daughter's new insulin pump. Pros and cons of a pump that has a hose but we can not continue with the insulin pod because she gets terrible skin rashes on her arms. Further, the beer I brewed yesterday is bubbling nicely and on Saturday it's time to add extra hops for dry hops. Thursday's beer comes from Stigbergets, West Coast IPA. I have studied this IPA and think that at the next beer brewing I will try to make a similar IPA. Hops varieties Mosaic, Simcoe, Citra, Pearl. Can be a challenge because this is an incredibly good IPA!
