Good morning Noise! I will tell you about an all-Swedish sandwich spread (Our neighbors Norway also has this) "Messmör", Sweet and salty with a real pinch of character and own style. It is made from leftovers from cheese making, whey. Putting words to the taste of ”Messmör” is not easy. Sweet, a little vanilla, caramel.
