Sunday and I take the time to cook lasagna from scratch. I have my own recipe which is a more of a Swedish variant and which the kids love. First, a minced beef sauce that I simmer for 2-3 hours. Then wrap the lasagne plates with the minced beef sauce and a beachamel that I add a little aged cheddar cheese. Gratinate for about 60 minutes topped with cheddar. #Food
