Finally, some free time. I'm a pretty simple man. A couple of beers, listen to music (today it will be Belmont's new album). Now that I am at home with the children, it is always a full house on the weekdays, either the boy has friends with him or the daughter's friends who live in the area visit. Today's first beer comes from Norway and the brewery Lervig, Tasty Juice IPA 6%. It actually tastes a bit like my latest home-brewed beer, pretty cool! Because we used the same hops, Mosaic, Ekuanot and Citra. Very fruity with clear bitterness and hints of mango & passion fruit. Tonight I'm going to make a Japanese omelette / pancake, Okomiyaki.
