Good afternoon Noise! Tuesday and a day when I have time to clean the house and buy groceries. Tonight it will be chicken wok, of some kind ... There was a sale of whole chicken today so I took the opportunity to buy a couple. We'll see what I come up with, I will first grill the chicken in the oven with ice cubes. First I salt and wrap it in kitchen paper, will give an extra crispy skin. Also takes the opportunity to try the swedish brewery Beerblioteket’s(collab with Gamma) new Double IPA, Haaaze 9%. Yes, 9% in alcohol content but the beer is so balanced that it is not noticeable. Fruity taste with a little sweetness, hints of grapefruit, mango, peach, orange and honey. #Food #Beer
