Trying to do my part so that my children have a nice planet to grow up on. 💚 In fact, 80% of all recycled transportation goes on biogas in my city, pretty cool. Wonderful day out at Ramnaparken. Used to go here with my parents when I was young and now I am here with my own children. Ramnaparken is one of Borås' largest parks since the beginning of the 20th century. It is located west of the city center and consists mainly of two sights, partly "Ramnasjön" with its bird colony and partly the extensive cultural-historical open-air museum Borås museum on a hill above the lake. Today we have been on an excursion out in Fristad, Mölarp. About 15 minutes outside Borås. It was too cold for good fishing but took some pictures of the Swedish nature. A little gray, has not really started to bloom yet. Mölarp's mill is located by Viskan in Fristad. Since the 16th century, the rapids have been used to drive mills and then also sawmills and calf mills. At Mölarp, the first industrial area in Fristad arose at the end of the 19th century.
This is not that I brag about myself, but about us Swedes. Was at the garbage station today and threw away some old toys that contain electronics. Pickled red onions, the right way. I started making that version because you always get the same type of pickled red onion when eating out on the town. Think it's boring when you pickle in vinegar. This goes with everything, fish, grilled, nachos, burgers, sandwiches, salads ... you name it! Red onions, lime and honey. (I use honey and syrup) Sometimes I add a little habanero. Tastes best if left overnight in the refrigerator. #Food

Kypegården's outdoor area is a gem right on the border between town and forest. In the open-air courtyard, it has been possible to sauna in a wood-fired sauna and take a cold bath since 1945. Stigbergets Bryggeri was founded in 2012 at the foot of Stigbergets in the Majorna district of Gothenburg, Sweden. Today, beer is brewed in the Party Hall area and on Ringön.
