Gratitude should be part of us and it should be part of our expression in our everyday life. Gratitude works a lot and helps a lot at the same time which means Nature loves gratitude in such a way that, the more grateful you're for the good things in your life, the more good things will keep happening in your life and for that, you will experience overflowing blessings.

It's same with someone giving you a birthday present and you kept grumbling about it, saying things like "I detest this color," "it doesn't fit my charisma," and the more you disregard that presents, the more primary reason you offer that person not to consider giving you gifts at your next birthday event, because you didn't show gratitude, on the other hand, if you had said, "I adore the gift, it was amazing," and you kept saying nice things, the person would be happy to get you gifts even if it wasn't your birthday. Regardless of how modest the gift, make an effort to express gratitude. And same applies with nature, it will give you more when you appreciate what you have

I get into a conversation with people and all they want is money and if they don't have that, they don't have anything to be grateful for and this makes us wonder because there are more things to be grateful for than we can't even imagine until you settle down and start looking at your life

  • Be grateful for the everlasting grace you're enjoying.

  • Be thankful for mercy even when we don't deserve it.

  • Grateful for wisdom that you don't deserve.

  • Be thankful for the love you receive that you don't exhibit to others.

  • Be grateful for your parents, the most important people after God.

  • Be thankful for understanding when you don't understand what's going on.

  • Be grateful for the peace you enjoy in your life even though you don't seem to value it.

  • Be grateful for things happening in your life and things that are about to happen.

  • Be grateful for where you are now and where you are going.

  • Be grateful for your friends, it's never easy to have the ones that care and support and also challenge you to be better.

  • Be appreciative of the kind of progress you make because gradually it will make you develop into a better person.

  • Be grateful for you're in control of your life.

  • Be grateful for you're still alive because when there is life there is ambition and hope and you're open to more opportunities as time goes on.

  • Be pleased that you're not in prison because I don't think you will enjoy that predicament.

  • Sometimes you have to be grateful for the hard times because those situations are what made us who we are today.

  • Our eyes are underrated because they are the one that makes us witness the miracles and joy happening around us, be grateful for that.

  • Be grateful for the people in your life, those you love, and those you learn from.

  • Be grateful for the food you have on your table.

  • Be grateful for the mental strength that keeps you on your feet during adversity.

  • Be grateful for your hearing because many are not so blessed.

  • Be grateful for your legs because many are not so blessed.

  • Be pleased with your health because many are in worse conditions.

There are innumerable reasons for you to be grateful only if you don't want to and being grateful leads to unlocking more to your life because life is more than just our physical body.
