Ingredients:
1/2 cups of sugar.
2/2 tablespoons of cardamom powder.
3/3 teaspoons of labor juice.
4/1 cup of flour.
5/2 tablespoons of cornflower.
6 / yogurt 2 tablespoons.
6 / Water as required.

9 / Ghee 2 tablespoons.
10 / for frying oil.
Method:
First you have to make cider, so you have to take a pot and add water and sugar in it. Boil it well and when the cider becomes thick, you have to shake it well with cardamom powder and lemon juice.
Then take another pot and mix it well with flour, water and yoghurt and make sure that the mixture does not become too thin or thick.
Then close the pot and leave it in a warm place for 30-40 minutes. Then take this jilapi mixture in a soft cloth or thin mouth sauce bottle.
Then fry this jillapi in hot oil with ghee and mix the mixture in it.

Then when the jilapi turns brown, it should be taken down and dipped in the syrup.
Then both sides of it should be well soaked in the syrup and you can take it out of the syrup and serve it hot.
