How to make almond-molasses cut
No matter what you call almond chickpeas or cutlets, this fun delicacy is a favorite of everyone, especially kids. This food is more common in shops or vans or at fairs. But there is a lot of fun in making home-made food. Let's find out how to make this delicious dish.
Materials:
Peanuts - 2 cups
Pesto nuts - 2 teaspoons
Molasses - 1 cup
Ghee - 1/2 teaspoon
Cardamom - 4-5 (powder)
Preparation:
Heat a pan and fry the nuts. If it turns reddish brown, turn off the flame. Take half of the fried nuts. In a large pan add ghee, molasses and 1/4 cup water. Stir until the molasses melts. After 6 to 7 minutes, stir in the almonds and cardamom powder. Put ghee on a plate. Once the mixture thickens, pour it on a greased plate. Place a butter paper on top and level the sand with a bread balloon. While it is still hot, cut it into pieces with a knife. Serve the funky almond-molasses cutlet.
