Before knowing how to be happy, you need to know what "happiness" is.

Happiness is relative. That which will cheer you up, that which will not let your mind get depressed, that which will not make you sad if you think about it, that which will create joy in your mind is happiness. But we are not satisfied with what we have. Don't settle for less. Our needs are endless. No matter how financially and emotionally strong we are, if we don't control our needs, we can never be happy. We can be happy people only if we are satisfied with what we have.That is, happiness is to control expectations well.

Basically, there should be a limit to happiness. If you are not happy with your existing things, if only he has that, why don't I have that, then only you have to regret. One should be satisfied with what one has.

Many people think that happiness is an unconditional life. Where there is no demand. When you can do whatever you want. It is foolish to think so. Because what is happiness for you may not be for others. You went as you wished, did things as you wished, did not see whether these activities were harming others. These are not happiness. Real happiness is to make others happy.

You will face many problems on the way in life. This is normal. But if you sit on these things and magnify the small things, you will never be happy. Happiness doesn't just come, it has to be earned. Happiness is definitely possible if you have your own will. Here are some ways to be happy:-

1. Stop envying people. If you can't be happy with other people's happiness, learn to ignore it.

2. No matter how rich you are, control your needs.

3. Be happy with little.

4. Start being grateful to others.

5. Spend more time with family.

6. Socialize with friends.

7. Take yourself away from everything for a while during the day. In this case you can sleep. Sleep will keep you from other thoughts.

8. Set a realistic goal and try to achieve it.

9. Change negative thoughts to positive thoughts. Remember the positive side of everything.

10. Trust yourself.

11. Develop cooperative spirit in yourself.

12. Be stress and worry free.

13. Learn to love yourself. If you love yourself, you can love others, that is where true happiness lies.

14. Don't over think anything. Think of simple solutions to all issues.

15. Identify life's problems and solve them.

Life is short, in this short life it is foolish to always chase after happiness without suffering. Our life is about happiness and sadness. It is better to solve how to transform sorrow into happiness by accepting sorrow as we accept happiness.

Days are increasing, competition is increasing, competition for power. Happiness is lost in the crowd. As a result, people spend very little time in their lives happily. Not everyone can be happy. So no matter how big a person is, he should not look big on anything. Give yourself time, get along well with everyone. Share each other's happiness and sorrow.
