A terrible fire in Bangabazar!! Someone's worth of crores of money, someone's worth of lakhs of money, some's worth of thousands of money,everything was burnt to ashes, this cry is the cry of one's uncertain future, the people sat on the road in a moment.... Yes, I am talking about the terrible fire in Bangabazar that happened yesterday. Within moments, the entire market was full. I am talking about a firefighter working in fire control, his name is Mehedi. Some officers of their unit climbed up to the third floor of Bangabazar by ladder to put out the fire. But because of the steel door, they could not give water inside. Mehedi broke the door and tried to enter. At that time, heavy smoke from inside hit his nose and mouth. Mehedi became seriously ill. It is known that part of his airway is burned! Along with him one named Bikash also fell seriously ill. Mehedi and Bikash were rescued and taken to Dhaka Medical College by his colleagues. Later Mehedi was admitted to Sheikh Hasina National Institute of Burn and Plastic Surgery as the condition was critical. Nazmul Islam, a fire service worker, said, "I slept after eating! When I woke up to the sound of the siren, I put on my uniform and rushed to Bangbazar. My throat was completely dry due to the heat of the fire for almost 5 hours. I had to break my fast after coming out and drinking water." 💔 Meanwhile, the Air Force helicopter took water from Hatirjheel to put out the fire in Bangabazar. It didn't work too well. A person's dream is burning, the last wealth of the family is burning. **Full bundle of money! Sorry, these are not money, these are the dreams of a family**. Many people brought home goods worth billions of rupees on the occasion of the holy Eid, in a moment, everything was full of ashes!! The fire was finally brought under control after a long struggle. How strong we are? Do you know that how strong we are? What! Didn't the question seem very strange? Yes, very strange..🙃 **You may think that all human powers can be tested?** Yes can be tested, not mechanically but externally and behaviorally. The best part is that you can test it yourself. However, not everything can be understood by seeing with the eyes or performing actions with the hands and feet. Strength can also be tested between senses. **What!! Are the words going over your head? Nothing is making sense?** OK, fine. Let me introduce you simply🙃.. Let's give some examples first... We usually see many animals giving birth around us, within minutes of giving birth we notice that the babies are able to stand and within a few seconds they start walking and that is very comfortable. But we humans are not able to stand up until a few years have passed, and when we can walking comfortably? That think is so far.. Then do you think we are weaker than other animals? Haha, it's not. Our brains are more powerful. All the commands it gives us we carry out with our body parts. So even if born weak at the time of birth, within a few years that person is able to control that animal. How is this possible!!! The Creator has declared man as the best creature in creation. Man can use his intelligence and power to bring more ferocious animals to his slaughter. It must be called a unique blessing of the Creator. According to researchers, the most powerful computer is the brain. Acid throwing : one of the most heinous act. Acid throwing is one of the most heinous act of inhumanity and very serious crimes. This is a evil activity. Now a days it is very rampant not only in our country but also all over the world. Almost everyday we find the news of acid throwing in all the newspapers. Most of the time it happened by frustrated lovers who are fail to win the heart of their beloved persons. **What are the causes of acid throwing??** There are varied reasons for acid violence. In that case the victim is in most cases a girl or a women. According to me the reasons are as follows :- 1.By throwing acid, the culprit takes revenge or satisfies some personal grievances or enimity. 2. Emotional or failure of a love affair. 3. Refusal of a love or marriage proposal. 4. By throwing acid, the rejected person satisfies his personal anger and vengeance on the girl or women. 5. Demand for dowry also results in acid throwing. 6. Personal enmity. 7. Family feud. 8. Social hostility. 9. Quarrel for money or land dispute. Finding no other way of taking revenge, man throw acid on the victims. By doing so, the criminal destroys the victim's life forever. There is a question that what problems does the victim have to face as a result of throwing acid? Acid throwing is an inhuman and barbarous act. It turns a man into beast. The effect of acid throwing is very destructive. In my opinion, the problems are as follows :- 1. The victim bears the marks of acid violence on his/her body. 2. The victim suffers physical pain for a short time, but suffers mentally and psychologically for the whole life. 3. She/he becomes a social outcast. 4. She/he suffers from inferiority complex. 5. Destroys her/his dreams and hope. 6. A beautiful face, a smiling look and a lively person - all get destroyed by it. 7. The victim dies fighting for somedays with death. 8. His/her suffering continues for the rest of life. 9. She/he becomes physically invalid. 10. She/he has to live depending on others. 11. The victim becomes a burden in the family. Basically, Acid throwing damages not only a person's life, it brings suffering and anxiety to the whole family. **How this crime can be remedies?** This problem cannot be solved overnight. First of all law and order situation of the country should be improved. Law enforcing authorities should always be on the alert. The criminals should be sternly dealt with. Exemplary punishment should be inflicted on the criminals. All government has already formulated a law of capital punishment for the acid throwers. Judicial system regarding the punishment of the criminals should be prompt because there goes a proverb that "**Justice delayed justice denied**". More law and enforcing authorities should be employed at important points. If they are provided with suitable jobs, many of them will give up this hateful criminal activities. Moreover, people of all walks of life should come forward to develop their morality. Besides, understanding the psychology of an acid thrower is important to prevent this crime. An acid thrower should be made to realize that he himself can be victim of acid violence and in that case his own life would be unbearable to himself. Again he should be made to realize that by throwing acid, he takes some revenge or satisfies personal anger but destroys a life, and brings suffering and woes to whole family. So psychological motivation is necessary to curb acid crime. Also availability of acid must be removed. Moreover, good parenting and family control is necessary to prevent it socially. The acid criminal should be boycotted socially and brought to exemplary Mass media can raise awareness among people about the horror and consequence of acid crime. The survivors should be rehabilitated and treated with love and sympathy. Social vigilance and familial watch can prevent this crime to a great extent. However, acid throwing is a social crime, and a social co orindated efforts can curb the crimes as well as rehabilitate the victims. Guardians, parents and influential persons can play important roles in solving the feuds and quarrels before the incident actually happens. ★May the creator give us all the ability to make good judgments and make the right decisions.★

Discipline : It start with you!! Discipline the root for growth of whole human society. It’s comes from latin word "dicipulus" which means disciple. A disciple obeys his preceptors at the cost of his own life. So, discipline is to the rules formed for the regulation of human conduct. Where you can found discipline and learn about discipline. *In heavenly bodies. *In lower animal. *In the family. *In human body: Discipline is found in human body. *In games and sports. *In the army. *In educational institutions *In other places: In any organization social, political, religious, economic and educational where discipline is found. Lets explain those things... From the heaven above to the earth below, discipline reigns supreme. The earth, the moon and the stars move around the sun not by fits and stars but according to certain rules. Even the lower animals are disciplined. The life of the bees in a hive is very disciplined. All the bees obey the queen bees. Ants are also disciplined. They lead their life in a disciplined way. In every house there is a sort of government. All the members of the house obey the rules of the family. A disciplined family leads a happy and healthy life. Discipline is found in human body. The various organs of the body co operate with one another and are disciplined for the growth and development of the whole body. Discipline is strictly maintained in games and sports. A player has to show respect to the decision of the referee. Here a player sacrifices his petty selfishness to the greater interest of the team. Discipline is more necessary in the army. It is the part and parcel in the army. Here's moment's hesitation may mean death. Difficulty, danger, may death can not deter a soldier from carrying out the orders of his commanders though they may be unjust and wrong. *There's not to make reply. *There's not to reason why. *There's but to do and die. A small disciplined army can overthrow a strong indisciplined army. It is the educational institutions from where man learn discipline. A student has to observe the rules of the institute. He has also to obey the order of his superiors, show respect to his teachers. If he fails to maintain a disciplined life, he is sure to repent and his position will be nowhere. In any organization social, political, religious, economic and educational discipline is essential for its growth and development. Discipline is necessary for a state. nay for a whole nation for its prosperity and development. Discipline is a precious treasure for the growth of whole human society. A place that can remove all your frustrations instantly!! After the whole day's pressure, to catch up or get together with current or old friends, to eat together with the family or to meet lovers, what are the options of restaurants/cafes nowadays? Again, in this age of Facebook, Snapchat, Instagram, what happens if you don't do a little 'foodography' and 'photography' at a restaurant? If you are someone who prefers photography as well as eating then this cafe is for you. The name of the cafe is "Cafe Baharpur & Food Valley". The decor here has a touch of sophistication along with delicious and healthy food. The unique beautiful environment is surrounded by green fields, which are filled with water during monsoons and bring a different beauty. Along with the food, its atmosphere is bound to impress you. The play of light and darkness can be seen in the evening. Beautiful lighting and classy environment will add a different mood to the film. Even being stuck in the busyness will take you somewhere else, just as you want. There can be no better restaurant than this to sit in the green covered with afternoon and take unlimited pictures. There is a touch of greenery all around and its decoration will mesmerize you. Last year at the beginning of winter I visited this cafe with 2 of my friends and a niece. The date was 15th December 2021. Since it was winter time, we set out with warm clothes. It is located almost 10 km from our house. The road leading to the cafe will also impress you. Surrounded by green fields and rows of trees on both sides of the road. While going to the cafe, we got off the bike and got busy taking pictures. However, we arrived at 5:30 pm. Since it is winter time, the days are also short, so it was almost evening when we arrived. When we reach, instead of going to a cafe, we first go to one of the small makeshift shops along the road and eat delicious "Jhalmuri". After taking some pictures, I entered the cafe. At the beginning of the entrance, I saw a signboard issued by the authorities with a warning, which read, "This is a non-smoking and drug-free area, and all types of drug consumption are strictly prohibited here." The entrance is made of bamboo and wood. Each side has different color lighting. That will attract you. However, it was a little difficult to find a place for us to sit as there were so many people, but we finally found a place to sit. It was very dark around then. We chose 2 items from a variety of food items on our food menu. As the " Fuska" here is very delicious, we first ordered Fuska and chicken fries. It includes honesty, responsibility, commitment and dedication for the country and countrymen. Patriotic zeal makes a man dutiful, energetic and enthusiastic. A patriotic man abides by the laws of the country, pays taxes, works for the development of the country and thinks only of doing good of the country. He never does anything that goes against the interest of the country. He never involves himself with criminal, antisocial and anti-state activities. He always upholds the dignity and status of the country. He respects the country and countrymen. A true patriot is ever vigilant to protect country's freedom, sovereignty and integrity. And if need be a patriot sacrifices his life for the country. Patriotism makes one a noble and respectable person. A patriot is loved by all. He may not have wealth or power, but he commands respect from everybody in the society. Poets sing for the patriots, countrymen salute them both when they live and die. Great patriots are remembered even after their death. A true patriot is an asset of the country. A true patriot never dies because he resides in the hearts of the countrymen. One the other hand an unpatriotic man is a very ignoble person. Nobody honours him, nobody praises him and he dies unsung and unnoticed. Patriotism inspires a man to contribute to the country. It develops in him a sense of brotherhood, cooperation and sympathy for the countrymen. A patriot feels proud of his country and countrymen. However a true patriot should never hate other countries because true patriotism teaches to love and respect other countries as well. Besides, narrow patriotism is called chauvinism. It is dangerous and often leads one to harm others. Patriotism is a part of our religious belief-according to a Hadith. It is by virtue of patriotic feeling that a man can rise and go beyond the prejudices of race, class, colour, language and religion and love everyone in the country. Child labour: A curse of modern society!! Labour is a matter of dignity. But child labour is considered a matter of disgrace for a nation, because children are the future of a nation. We are not all rich people in the world. We have many families who live below poverty line. They cannot afford their basic necessities properly. They have low income or less earners than eating mouths. For this reason, they engage their children in various earning activities to supplement the family income. Thus child labour is on the increase. In fact, child labour has become a serious socio-economic problem of the world. It is a curse of our society, a satire to our development programmes. If childhood is wasted in manual labour, and in shouldering the family need, if the children are deprived of their rights to education and other privileges, they will not be able to lead the nation in future. In effect they become a long-standing burden on the nation. Child labour is a sad reality of modern urban and industrial society. Children are like flowers. At this age they are to go to school and there will be books and pens in their hands and spend their free time with playing. But the tough and cruel reality force many children to leave school or not to go to school at all. Instead they take up hammer, basket, and handles of rickshaw or van in their hands, remain unfed, half-clad, and bare-footed. Thus, their sad and heart-rending condition highlight only the distressed condition of the nation. There are certain causes of child labour. Poverty is the root cause. As poor people can hardly maintain their family and educate their children, the education of the children is stopped at an early age and they are forced to do various manual labour to support their family. Low pay is another cause of child labour. Often employers offer low pay for certain jobs which the grown ups do not do. Child labour a abuse of children. Child labour destroys the sweet period of childhood and face the children with the stark realities of life. Wherever children are employed either it is domestic work or factory work, either it is rickshaw pulling or working in a shop or hotel. they are abused, maltreated, paid low and deprived of their due rights by their employer. Children work for longer period, suffer various mistreatments, work in unhealthy and unfavourable condition, and what is sorrowful, they are not given due wages. Child labour is cheap labour. Many children do the work of the adults, and other do risky and dangerous work, but they do not get any sympathy or love from anybody. How child labour problem can be eradicated from society and country is as follows: 1. Govt. and NGOs should work together to root out this evil from society. 2. Poverty alleviation programme must be strengthened and widened. 3. Govt's social security network should also be extended. 4. Strict laws should be enacted and enforced against employing children in manual work. 5. Govt. must ensure that children do not drop out from school and get the rights of education. 6. The rich and able persons of society can also come forward in this regard. However, Children's work should never be desired in a society. Suddenly cut 0.90$ from my wallet within overnight! Every night before going to sleep I spend some time in read.cash and noise.cash accounts and then sleep. Yesterday was no exception. Checked all notifications and checked my read.cash wallet balance before going to sleep. The balance was then $0.96, which I wanted to withdraw to my personal bitcoin.com wallet this morning. Happiness doesn't just come, it has to be earned. And to get it, happiness can be found only by doing the things that will help you to get rid of your problems in a simple way. According to Professor Santos, "Being happy doesn't just happen. You have to practice it to be happy." Happiness is definitely possible if you have your own will. Here are some ways to be happy:- 1. Stop envying people. If you can't be happy with other people's happiness, learn to ignore it. 2. No matter how rich you are, control your needs. 3. Be happy with little. 4. Start being grateful to others. 5. Spend more time with family. 6. Socialize with friends. 7. Take yourself away from everything for a while during the day. In this case you can sleep. Sleep will keep you from other thoughts. 8. Set a realistic goal and try to achieve it. 9. Change negative thoughts to positive thoughts. Remember the positive side of everything. 10. Trust yourself. 11. Develop cooperative spirit in yourself. 12. Be stress and worry free. 13. Learn to love yourself. If you love yourself, you can love others, that is where true happiness lies. 14. Don't over think anything. Think of simple solutions to all issues. 15. Identify life's problems and solve them. Life is short, in this short life it is foolish to always chase after happiness without suffering. Our life is about happiness and sadness. It is better to solve how to transform sorrow into happiness by accepting sorrow as we accept happiness. Days are increasing, competition is increasing, competition for power. Happiness is lost in the crowd. As a result, people spend very little time in their lives happily. Not everyone can be happy. So no matter how big a person is, he should not look big on anything. What would you do? ★What would you do if someone destroyed your hobby in front of your eyes? Imagine doing something you like in your hobby and if someone breaks or destroys it in front of you, what would you do? Maybe you used to make him angry, or you used to scold him or you didn't say anything. Isn't that so? I don't know what your reaction will be, but yesterday afternoon I went to my rooftop garden and found my hobby grape vines withered and ruined. You can say almost dead. The picture is given below :- However, maybe last September after many attempts only 5-6 seedlings were produced from many seeds. For some reason, three seedlings survive in the end. With great care and hope, I turned the seedlings into trees. It usually takes one to one and a half years for a plant grown from grape seed to bear fruit.Before my leg operation i.e. on 19th June 2022, the trees were also quite beautiful. Photo:- Then I couldn't walk for the last one and a half months so I couldn't go to the roof garden. When I got up on the roof the day after I recovered, you can understand from 1st pictures that how I felt when I saw the condition of the tree. However, for a month and a half I was unable to take care of the plants due to my physical ailments. But apart from me there are three others in the family. They could also take care of the trees, the condition of the trees has not been this one day!! Everyone more or less went to the roof, no one paid any attention, why?? If fertilizers were applied to the trees on time, the trees would not have been in such a bad condition. Since the plant is planted in a tub, the plant needs more care and maintenance on time. Which my plants haven't received in the last month and a half. As a result, the trees are now almost dead. Likewise the flowering pomegranate tree in my roof garden which now has almost no leaves. Now it needs proper care. where nothing is being done. But when I was healthy it was a different picture. Even though the tree was small, the heart was full. Behaviour is your identity, not of lineage.. ★ You are a thief, that means everyone in your clan is a thief? ★ You have a beautiful character, that means everyone in your clan has a beautiful character? No..... It is said, "Behaviour is the identity of the clan". That is, a person's speech, behavior can be understood as the behavior or character of other people of his clan or family. How reasonable is that? There are people of both good and bad characters in the same family. One presents himself to others through his own thoughts. There is no interference of anyone else, let alone the lineage. So how to verify the behaviour of the clan?. "Conduct is a mirror in which every man sees his own reflection."- Gate. A clan usually consists of several families. The manners and behavior of all family members are not the same. Some have good character, some have bad character and some have both good and bad character. Someone spoke to you well, you checked and found that his behavior is good, that means his lineage is also good? Similarly a bad habitat parson represent his/her clan, how come?? Character, behaviour, they completely depend on own conscience, morals. Behaviour has nothing to do with lineage. However, since childhood, a person learns manners from his family, so behaviour isn't the identity of the clan, it's about the family?? The answer will be "No". Because not everyone will use the things learned from his family or act accordingly. In the same family there will be people of different opinions, behavior. Money can buy your happiness!!! Yes. Money is the source of all happiness. ★ What do people work for? ★ Through what does man fulfill his needs? Money will be the answer to everything. Money can bring happiness to the family only by fulfilling the needs of the people. Again, you have no money, you will see that no one cares about you. You have money, you can be everyone's favorite. So, run after money, happiness will run after to you. Money is necessary to live well in the world. We are humans, our needs are endless. When one need is met, more needs come. As long as people live, there will be demand. No one has ever been able to meet all needs, and will never be able to. And if you can't meet any of its needs, what are you happy about? Real happiness can be found only by fulfilling needs. And money is needed to meet this demand. If money is not there, how do you meet the needs? Emotions and love will not fulfill needs. This requires money. When you don't have money, everyone forgets who you are. And when you have a lot of money, you will see that there will be no shortage of friends. So to be loved by people requires financial ability, one who does not have money or money is never loved by anyone. He only earned money, but could not use it in the right way, he would not find happiness through it. Familiar items are almost extinct!!! "A threshing machine". In Bangla It's known as "Dheki". A wooden paddy winnowing machine or a crop cutter which is driven by foot is called a threshing machine. Since ancient times, it has been used for quoting grains such as wheat, chira, turmeric, pepper etc. in homes of Bengal. Once upon a time this pattern was inextricably linked with human lifestyle. The girls of the village used to thresh paddy and sing happily. There was a competition between them to see who could push the edge. Rural brides danced and sang at the touch of the tender feet! Every year during the "Navanna" festival, the festival of pounding rice was celebrated in rural areas. Different types of "pita-paesh" were made from that rice powder. Also, the well-known traditional threshing machine was widely used for various tasks including breaking paddy, making rice, making gurdi kota, making crackers, breaking spices. Many used to make paddy as a cottage industry as well as a profession. Two people are usually required to carry the cover. It was usually women who wore their veils. A Chiya is attached to a large cut, which is mounted on one end, next to which there is a hand-held stick and pendant, which has to be pushed down with all its might and then released. Another is to place the paddy carefully in the designated holes where the rice comes out with the blow of the shears, and after each blow the paddy should be moved and turned upside down so that all of them are hit. When they are finished or when the holes are full, they have to be removed and new rice is planted. As people's busyness has increased in the present mechanized and modern era, people can survive if they can complete any work quickly in a short time and with labor.Now different types of modern equipment are being used instead of the hoe. And that's why the village's ever-familiar village is almost extinct now. At present, may be covered somewhere in the neighborhood. Although the use of rice husks has decreased, the value of rice husks has not decreased yet. Because this rice is very tasty. Brown rice has the outer covering or husk which is rich in vitamins. However, in order to save time, much of the past has to be abandoned, and the past becomes part of history as new things fill its place. Although the tradition of village-Bengali dheki is on the verge of extinction due to the mechanical touch of modernity, dheki art is an important part of the ancient rural tradition of village Bengal. We must not forget our past traditions.In order not to forget our past history, heritage, society, culture, etc, we have to preserve such extinct things so that future generations can know about them.

Are you smart or unsmart? ★ Are you smart only by wearing nice clothes? ★ You look good, does that mean you are smart? ★ You look black, the structure of the body is not so good, then you are unsmart? Rich and fashionable clothes, dressed neatly, but whenever you opened your mouth in front of others or behaved in such a way that showed distaste and rudeness, your outer smartness ended. An unsmart man came out from behind the stylish clothes. What does smart actually mean?? Full form of Smart :- S=SPECIFIC M = MEASUREABLE A = ACHIEVABLE R = RELIABLE T=TIMETABLE That is, you look good, ugly, black and fair bet, tall, smart thing will not come out. You have to be specific. Must follow SPECIFIC rules. Specify when to do what. All your work must be measurable to everyone. Whatever you do, everyone is bound to like it. Your task must be achievable. You started the work but it was not achievable till the end. Then all your troubles will be in vain. And if you give up without trying, you can't do anything. So do it even if you need a lot of effort to achieve the work. You have to create yourself in such a way that others find reliance on you. You have to be their trust and confidence. You must be punctual. Punctuality is one of the most important characteristics of a smart person.
