S=SPECIFIC

M = MEASUREABLE

A = ACHIEVABLE

R = RELIABLE

T=TIMETABLE

That is, you look good, ugly, black and fair bet, tall, smart thing will not come out.

You have to be specific. Must follow SPECIFIC rules. Specify when to do what.

All your work must be measurable to everyone. Whatever you do, everyone is bound to like it.

Your task must be achievable. You started the work but it was not achievable till the end. Then all your troubles will be in vain. And if you give up without trying, you can't do anything. So do it even if you need a lot of effort to achieve the work.

You have to create yourself in such a way that others find reliance on you. You have to be their trust and confidence.

You must be punctual. Punctuality is one of the most important characteristics of a smart person.

SPECIFIC, MEASURABLE, ACHIEVIABLE, RELIABLE, TIMETABLE besides having these features should be truthful, patient and virtuous. Be careful not to harm or hurt others.
