Not your keys, not your coins. This saying also is valid against lending out of coins or staking coins at DeFi ... If something goes wrong you don't own the coins anymore, but just a title against someone to give "something" back to you. Good luck trying to find a court that could help you. Only coins that are in your cold wallet are truely safe. If you can stake them on their own, like ADA, XTZ or FTM they'll earn you coins while owning them. If you stake on an exchange or…

I had a dream. About Elon Musk on some Dinner Meeting. One of the guys is into crypto an explains: "Cryptocurrency can not be manipulated." Elon says: "It can be ..." The guy: "No, it's technically not possible." Elon: "Name the shittiest, most worthless Coin of the cryptoverse, I bet I can send its value to the moon." Guess what the guy said ...

@Firmian

After some hours of trial and error, I finally managed to set up a non-custodial wax-account. I was able to fill it with WAX, TLM and some NFTs. After all it's that unconvenient for me, that I decided to just put away my TLM in there and keep managing WAX and the Atomic Hub NFTs with Wax Cloud Wallet. *sigh* #NfTs

@Firmian

Yeah remember that in bull cycle everyone is a genius? Here is a perfect example: This douchebag bought 585 DOGE at $0.25 and talks about it like a pro. "It could get to Ethereum like numbers." "You understand the logic behind it and all the information behind it and how it ties to something like Ethereum, right ..." https://youtu.be/4DXPD-spQHE?t=396 Where is the moon for me to howl at it? Great real satire! #Dogecoin

@Firmian

Sentences with both words "investing" and "Dogecoin" should end up with multiple exclamation marks. Ask Terry Pratchett about it! #Dogecoin

@Firmian

If you're accounting in $ and see a solid 30x of your whole portfolio (pic 1) you should just realize it's only fiat. Switching the same portfolio to account in BTC and find that you gained 4.7x in BTC ... THAT should make you feel happy for your future (pic 2) Try to count your coins in real value (may this be any coin you believe in) it'll change your view on the market.

@Firmian

I read a lot of stuff from a lot of people writing about crypto and I learned a lot. The most important thing I learned by reading them: "They all just boil their eggs in water!" Aside from the always repeated and never followed advices about what to do and what not to, nobody knows what is going to happen in the future. Some are more gambling some are more trying to keep their value. But you can't follow any of them strictly ... because they are different from you. Living…

@Firmian

As a lot of intelligent friends of mine didn't want to talk about crypto when I wanted to talk with them, they are now forwarding all kinds of warning and negative links like: https://youtu.be/HaJpYjO136o (elderly HBO comedian mocking) https://twitter.com/jonsyu/status/1389635626698297344 But I don't feel like arguing who understand what. On the other hand a lot of not that intelligent friends cover me with questions about DOGE and shit. *sigh* It'll be a long way to mass…

@Firmian

I'm old. I've been into computers far longer than the internet existed. I wrote letters by hand to invite friends from other cities to visit me. I made an appointment in a scuba-diving club on Ko Pha-ngan month before I got there and we met ... the friend came Tokyo. Nowadays I'm a little overwhelmed to dive into people's life from all over the world. And the most interesting experiences I have on noise.cash. I'm connected to so many of you, that I I really feel that times…

@Firmian

There are 4.2 billion women on earth right now. And only 21 million BTC and BCH ... maybe the project "girlfriend" can be delayed. p.s.: for around 4 billion men it works the same

@Firmian

I realize, that I'm giving out much less hearts than I used to give out free tips. The new system might be right ... hehehe

@Firmian

I should make a time schedule ... how much on internet, how much on NFT, how much on noise ... ... but all of YOU are against it! roger, over and out .. for today

@Firmian

Now I'm officially done with them ... Right now I changed out the rest of my DOGE, leaving 100 in my Wallet as a reminder of the past. And that have been $0.25 when I got them by playing around in this internet thingy. It's not all over now. Because they are still on my watchlist on Tradingview.

@Firmian

At around 5k I'll start scaling out. Little by little ...

@Firmian

That's roughly the plan I follow for the trading part (always more then a month) I started scaling out of BTC at 57k I will start scaling out of ETH at 5k I build up positions in LTC, XLM, BCH and LINK for large caps I slowly build up positions in DIA, TRB, BAND, SXP, XTZ, ATOM, ZIL for the 4th stage. Holding all the ETH competitors, but not building them up ...

@Firmian

You might wanna put up some DOGE to trade the dead cat bounce ... #Dogecoin

@Firmian

time to exit any DOGE bounce trade ... enjoy your ride!

@Firmian

My crystal ball worked very good in the last 2 days. Sold all my DOGE at $0.72: https://noise.cash/post/lk9nx30n Asked the traders to enter a trade for the bounce at $0.44: https://noise.cash/post/lv346xwq Called to exit the bounce trade at $0.58: https://noise.cash/post/lm5k4wwj And now I'm asking the traders to be VERY careful with further shorting. The way down to $0.05 is verrry long and painful for bulls and bears. It might take years. And please remember that $0.05 is…

@Firmian

Oh no, not again. Vitalik get your sh*t together please!

@Firmian

BCH just dipped into the recent high ... wonderful! Maybe we'll have a retest at 1100 ... still healthy! Don't be afraid, this is crypto!

@Firmian

I was born one mornin' when the sun didn't shine I picked up my shovel and I walked to the mine I loaded sixteen tons of number nine TLM And the straw boss said "Well, a-bless my soul" You load sixteen tons, what do you get? Another day older and deeper in debt Saint Peter don't you call me 'cause I can't go I owe my soul to the company store If you see me comin', better step aside A lotta men didn't, a lotta men died One fist of iron, the other of steel If the right one…

@Firmian

Everybody can do on the chains, what he wants to do and that is great. Creating SHIB to show the power of mass suggestion is funny. To hope this might be a buy NOW is stupid! There is no reasonable risk/reward ratio above the asigned block. And you might get burnt completely even after entering in this block ...

@Firmian

To all those new investores out there: "If something looks like it's gonna make you rich quick, it will eat you up." If you go with the tide and buy into real projects, you might gain more than in any other market.

@Firmian

The amount of even half ways "serious" people posting about SHIB, DOGE and SAFEMOON makes me feel, that it might be time to even secure some profits on the real coins ... Won't do it right now, but getting prepared. When the hype goes vertical on shit, leave the room before it hits the fan ...

@Firmian

Good night noizers! And don't buy shit your mom doesn't approve ...

@Firmian

Are you thinking about buying ICP? I am! They are working on the same problems as Holochain. But they do it with a lot of merch and "tamtam". I did not find out how developed their system is by now, but I've seen a lot of names and faces ... I will wait for a bottoming construction and though I'm a little concerned about the big bang they made with their entry into the markets, I still think there might be an opportunity. If you think of investing into ICP, don't forget to…

@Firmian

Nice move by Vitalik Buterin. Not only donating to Crypto-Covid but further: Selling shitloads of meme-coins on uni-swap ... DUMP 'EM The promo of sending shit-coins to Vitaliks address tragically backfires right now .. hehehe

@Firmian

Market in crimson red ... shopping time! TRB and EOS have been my first choice. But I still have stables to buy ...

@Firmian

What happened to my portfolio? 15% down in fiat ... outch! New ATH in BTC ... yay! What are you counting if you look at your coins?

@Firmian

The Elon dip is over. Does it mean it's going up now over ATH? No! But take the dip low for your favourite coin and place an order, maybe slightly above. When Elon pumped it came back down. When Elon dumps, it'll come back up, but if it retests the low, it's time to buy ( ^ _ ^ )

@Firmian

The whole "bad energy consumption by BTC" is scientifically mislead. Energy is needed for everything. The game theory mathematicians will tell you, that no matter what energy BTC consumes you have to count the worst, because if it would not do it, these worst could be shut down ... sounds logical. But the future is not reducing energy consumption but building up renewables. If the poltical aim is to switch to renewables, renewables have to become the cheapest. As mining is…

@Firmian

You should have a plan with buying crypto and you should evaluate it. Write down your plan and follow it. Write down what you did and what was the result of any buy or sell and analyze if it is still the right thing to do. My approach: Splitting my value into 2: 50% untouchable hold positions, 50% for trading. From the trading part I use 1% for each buy and make sure I always have AT LEAST 5% in stable coins to react to the market. I try to find dips in coins that I think…

@Firmian

Fun fact: Talking about NFT always ends at art sales. VET did it for a completely different purpose and nobody talks about that. The future of NFT is NOT making rich people pay other rich people ... even for charity nonsense. But for trustless identifying something or someone. Imagine having an identity without a state granting it to you. Being sure about where a product was made by whom, without any organisation confirming it. Or just knowing, who grew your drugs ... NFTs…

@Firmian

If complaining that you have to stake so much WAX for playing Alien Worlds, please consider the following: You are using the network massively and you have to stake for CPU. If you once decide to stop using it that much you can unstake your WAX and sell it. It's not only NOT a FEE but if you are staking right you even get a staking reward. What to complain about that? #AlienWorlds

@Firmian

I'm reading an old sci-fi novel written by Neal Stephenson in 1992 "Snow Crash". It's a glimpse in todays Metaverse as predicted 30 years ago. One sentence just struck me: "Y'know, watching government regulators trying to keep up with the world is my favorite sport." And the speaker explains some sentences later: "It's like they figured out a way to regulate horses at the same time the Model T and the airplane were being introduced."

@Firmian

Just answered somewhere ... The expactation to get everything without doing or paying anything is not even met in crypto space ... there is no free lunch. And with all the apps and websites, that are "free" to use or even pay you anything, you are not the customer, you are the product to be sold ... no exception!

@Firmian

Maik, [17.05.21 18:14] [Forwarded from W G] CPU is relative to the whole network so even if you did nothing, if a bunch of people are doing stuff, your allotted CPU would go down thus causing you to go over 100% Maik, [17.05.21 18:14] [Forwarded from Shaggy] thanks for confirming that.. what i thought Maik, [17.05.21 18:14] [Forwarded from Shaggy] so WAX chain is just busy as hell right now Maik, [17.05.21 18:14] [Forwarded from Blockchain Cards | FirstMint.io] Yeah I would…

@Firmian

Make yourself comfortable and think of buying into your favourite coin. Good night!

@Firmian

My portfolio is steadily decreasing in fiat value, but I don't wanna change anything! (maybe buy this or that, but my cash is low too) Because my portfolio is rising in terms of BTC (I know that some here believe BTC is doomed) To me this is just what I want to achieve, everything fine ( ^ v ^ )

@Firmian

Today's shopping tour actually was: EOS, KNC, EGLD and DIA ... only 2.5% cash left ... Fill your bags and forget about them ;-)

@Firmian

Market crashed in a cascade down. Maybe liquidating all those on leverage. Surely pushing out a lot of newbies. The cascade is driven by a fail in liquidity and market sell orders into them. To me this looks as if BTC will have several month of further ranging around. If we bounce back above and stay above 38.5k in the next days the wig down is just a fake-out south and the range is established between 38k and 60k with a lot of resistances to overcome, before accelerating…

@Firmian

By the way ... We had a lot of small sell offs where a lot of people were crying: "blood on the streets!" Now they are silent, because it really hurts! Good sign to me ... hehehe

@Firmian

First channel I try ... Shy question: " Does anyone here know what crypto currencies are all about?"

@Firmian

Didn't get that whole channel thingy ... posted and waiting for the channel master to whitelist my post?

@Firmian

wellcome to the gaming frens ...

@Firmian

still a little confused about the channels ... opened up one "Crypto Trading the serious way" for: "All the ones, that seem to know half way what they are doing" and rules: "You know it, you talk ... You don't know it, you ask!" Let's see if this works out. The ones I remembered to know half way are able to moderate. Funny new thingy ;-)

@Firmian

Deep inside me is a bull, but as long as BTC doesn't break the resistance around 40k with day close, the bears still have a point.

@Firmian

The Ponzi Scheme is NOT as bad as those think, who use the word ... Without the belief, that in some near future someone sees more value in an action, a product or a service (or any kind of money to exchange these) than now, nothing would have been produced or developed. A very good explanation on this is in Yuval Noah Harari's first book "Sapiens"

@Firmian

Nice channel to get a feeling for the sentiment of newbies ...

@Firmian

If BTC drops under the support at around 35.8k I think we'll see new lows after ATH. Especially if the daily close is deeper. If BTC breaks the resistance (and flips it), the next resistance shown will be skipped (likely) and it'll run up to close 50k ...

@Firmian

Some guy with another crystal ball wrote: "BTC dump is expected below 20k This is gonna be a hard trip so be ready for it" My answer: ""It is expected ..." by whom? I expect BTC to go up in the next 12 month over it's ATH. My buy orders are at 30050 and at 26350, if they are filled I will be out of stable coins. If we see 23k I'll inject fiat to the system ;-) If we reach 105k I'll sell half of my BTC ..." noise.cash/post/l22nrpp0

@Firmian

Different crystal balls: noise.cash/post/1629q9pp

@Firmian

Never chase a trade. If you feel it is urgent, it is too late! Prepare instead of reacting ...

@Firmian

If you are fully invested from the top and are deep under water with your portfolio, think about "What did I do wrong? What can I do better in the future?" Instead of crying about your loss, try to learn a lesson from it.

@Firmian

Have some decision, please ... you're right in resistance!

@Firmian

Ok, thank you ... and now make the resistance a support!

@Firmian

This looks beautiful! Flipping the resistance now and make way to the next one. Still have the low orders in the market, but think of cancelling them at 44k.

@Firmian

Splinterlands is much too addictive to me ... but fun ...

@Firmian

I still like the movement and feel even a little more bullish. But it'll be a long way ...
