If you're accounting in $ and see a solid 30x of your whole portfolio (pic 1) you should just realize it's only fiat. Switching the same portfolio to account in BTC and find that you gained 4.7x in BTC ... THAT should make you feel happy for your future (pic 2) Try to count your coins in real value (may this be any coin you believe in) it'll change your view on the market.
