Friends, for example, I am surrounded by lovely and caring people. I have close pals that are always willing to help and support me. Every day, I get out with my pals and talk to them. We have fun together, laugh together, and support one other.
After you've written down your long-term objectives, you'll need to split them down into smaller objectives. It is difficult to accomplish everything at once. That is why you must proceed in a methodical manner. You create a reality of success and move closer to your greater goals by setting smaller goals and attaining them.
Sub objectives are useful since they include tasks that you can do right now. Large objectives may appear to be too far away and unattainable, but sub goals allow you to track your progress toward them. If you want to lose 20 pounds in five months, set a sub goal of losing one pound each week.

You should provide as many specifics as possible when defining your goal. You will have a clear picture this way. Once you know exactly what you want, achieving your goal will be much easier.
I work in my dream job is a non-specific objective, whereas I work in my ideal job as a computer programmer is a specified objective. I work for start-up firms and earn thousands of dollars a month, allowing me to travel the world twice a year. You can include your working hours, the location of your job, your abilities, and the attributes you contribute to your company. You can utilize questions to help you along the way. What exactly am I looking for? What exactly am I looking for? Why do I want to accomplish this? What type of person do I want to be or become?
Measurable
You can stay on track and track your progress if you divide your objective down into measurable pieces. When you measure your progress, you'll be able to see when you've reached your target.
I live a healthy lifestyle is a non-measurable objective, whereas I go to the gym three times a week, follow my diet, and meditate every day is a measurable objective.
Attainable
When you set essential objectives for yourself, you begin to think about how to reach them and what you need to do, study, and practice in order to make progress. There's nothing wrong with setting lofty goals, but you must remain grounded.
It will be difficult to work out for two hours a day if you are a single parent who works long hours. You can establish an alternative target in this scenario. Perhaps a half-hour a day, or come up with a unique alternative, such as climbing the stairs instead of the elevator or riding a bicycle instead of driving.
Relevant
Only if you sincerely want it is the aim meaningful. You must ask yourself why I desire it. What is the goal of my endeavor? Is it worth the money and effort? Will I be truly satisfied if I continue on this direction?
You may aspire to be a movie star, but consider if you want to do so because you enjoy performing and want to inspire others, or simply because you want to be famous, which is OK as well. However, you must consider why you want it and whether it is truly what you desire.
Time bound
You will lose momentum and procrastinate if you do not establish a deadline for your goals. When your objectives have a deadline, you feel a feeling of urgency and go to work. Defining a deadline for a huge objective may be difficult, so begin with setting deadlines for your sub goals. Make sure your deadlines aren't too far away. You can do that, but setting deadlines for milestones along the road will be more practical.
It's time to prioritize your goals when you've completed your list. Trying to accomplish multiple objectives at once is ineffective. So, right now, choose up to three goals. So make a list of your objectives and work for them immediately!
