I feel blessed, it's my Thanksgiving weekend

I feel blessed as I awake this morning as realize that it’s a Thanksgiving weekend. Some might ask why I feel mindful about the Thanksgiving holiday. But as a culture, I think it’s important to celebrate a day like this as it can provide us a time to reflect on the goodness of God and what we have achieved for the year. No matter what and for whom we celebrate, the important thing is to remember to give thanks and be grateful for what we have.

This year, I found myself facing many adversities but was blessed with the support of the Almighty and so many wonderful friends and family who helped me get through it all. I can say for the record that I am happy and blessed with what we have accomplished this year. Our business is back and we are stronger than ever. We are setting new goals and moving forward and hope to do better next year. I cannot forget to express my gratitude to God for giving me the courage to face whatever and to stand on my own two feet. It’s the will of God and you can never question that. You just have to have faith that it will happen.

As I write this, the thanksgiving service preparation is underway and so much has been done to prepare for this year's thanksgiving service. Friends and relatives are invited to celebrate and join us in the thanksgiving service. There will be enough food and drinks for everyone and we pray that this year will bring God’s blessings to all of us.

This is our third time holding this service since we came to our present station. The last Thanksgiving service was such a success that many are now asking if we are doing it again this year. It is a pleasure to serve and share God's message. For the record, all the food that will be served has been donated by the Church because they want to give something back to the community. We are a Church of God but we have friends from other denominations as well and we are in touch with them.

After all said and done, the service is one of the things that we look forward to each year because it is the one time that we allow ourselves to be refreshed. It is also a time to reflect on what we have achieved this year and also what we plan to achieve next year. This is not just a message to the Church, but also to every individual to reflect on the blessings we have received this year.

God has blessed us with many blessings and we should always give thanks to Him for His blessings. We are one with him and one with whom he wants us to be, wherever we are. We are so blessed as we go about our daily tasks, doing our work, raising our children, and running errands. We are blessed to be alive, to have food on the table, and to have a roof over our heads. All this came as a result of the blessings from God and our Creator and so we must always be thankful to Him.

This year has been one of many struggles, trials, and disappointments. But despite all this, God has blessed us with what we have. I know that whatever happens in the future, we will overcome it. We will not give up because we have God on our side.

I cannot stress enough that we should always give thanks to God for His blessings. It’s not always easy but always do so because it will help. I say again that you are nothing without God. As a way of giving back, I also want to do my part in giving back to the community. There are many needy families here in our church and I want to be able to help as much as I can. I will continue to do this and share what God has given me with the people.

I believe we have a mission to save as many lives as we can and to share God's messages and His love with as many people as we can. I have been an encourager for a long time and now I will use my substance and my gift as a teacher so that I can share God's love with others. We are doing our part and we hope to make a difference in people's lives. We have a long way to go but we are determined to get there.

I know that what we do will make a difference in our communities and we will continue to reach out to people. We will continue to walk, we will continue to offer help, and we will continue to reach out to those who need God's love and give it to them. We are thankful to all the people and I just hope that we will see more of them coming to our church and we will be able to offer God's love to them in our various outreach programs.

Sometimes we forget to stop and look back and see all that we have accomplished. We see so many things that are going wrong around us and we forget to count out blessings. We don't have to make any excuses because we know that it takes God to do something. We must continue in gratitude no matter how the situation around us may be.

Final thoughts

We thank God for all that he has given us. He has blessed us with many things. Even the little things that we do are blessings from God and they make a difference in our lives. All that we do should always reflect the good work of God.

The time is now that we must do something with the many blessings that God has given us so that we will get to the next level in our lives. One of the greatest blessings we have received is the freedom to do what we believe is right. We are free to do as we want. So whatever we do, let it reflect God's love for others. Let us continue to remember that whatever we do, we do not do it for ourselves but for God. We all make mistakes but let us live up to the purpose of our lives. God gave us this opportunity to be able to serve Him and to help others, and so we must do so.

As we get closer to the end of the year, let us take the time to reflect on the goodness of God for our lives and make the effort to render thanksgiving unto Him. In the end, we will all be better at it. Thank you, Lord, for everything.
