Oh yes it's a great weekend again, the dayd we always look forward to experience and witness, if not for anything at least for the fact that we get to rest and bond with our family.
All the same, weekends are for special food, bringing out special food ideas and recipes, great right?

INGREDIENTS;
Potatoes (Irish)
Green and Red pepper
Onions and Green Beans
Ground pepper and Ginger powder
Carrot
Seasoning cubes, salt and thyme.
Sausage but this is optional
Vegetable oil to fry.
DIRECTIONS;
first and foremost peel your potatoes, after peeling, cut the Irish Potatoe into cubes size, after then pour the potatoes inside a pot of boiling water. After pouring, add some salt and then leave to partially boil. Yes you are doing great, check it it's boiled partially, then when it's lightly tender and you are so sure, drain with a sieve and set it aside.
Then get a frying pan and add some groundnut oil, fry the sausages in it, when it's done, pick out and set aside. Leave the oil in the pan and add the parboiled potatoes in it. Yes you are getting it.
While frying it, gently spread it out and leave it to fry before flipping to the other side fry as well. Then when it's slightly fried, pour your carrot, peas, red and green pepper, thyme, salt, seasoning cubes,onions, veggies, ground pepper, ginger and the earlier fried sausage.
Leave it to seamer for few minutes, then dish out or serve to enjoy! It's going to be a great weekend!!
