Yin and Yang. There are always two sides to a coin, that is everything has its advantage and disadvantage. At a point in our lives, we all must have been desperate for one thing or the other but the difference between us is the control we have over our desperation and how we use it to fuel the output of our goal.

What is desperate and desperation?

According to the Merriam-Webster dictionary. Desperation is defined as

: loss of hope and surrender to despair

: a state of hopelessness leading to rashness

There is a stage in human life where everything seems impossible and it looks like that person has become a failure, at that point we humans are at our weakness and might fall into desperation.

Many things can push one into being desperate and these things are mostly the affairs of life.

1. Late childbirth

2. Unmarried

3. Lost of job

4. Relationship issue

5. Love

6. Money

7. Family

8. And many more.

Desperate people can go any mile to achieve their goals. They don't care who they hurt to get what they want or who stands in their way. People who find themselves tangled with desperate ones are always shot in the leg with how most of the events turn out to be.

I would say

Stay away from desperate people and avoid being desperate for a particular thing.

Desperate people are easily tricked. Most con artists are always in search of desperate people. They can appear in form of a business partner, religious leader, love partner, and friend. These set of people will work on a person's desperation to get what they want because they are also desperate but they know how to control it.

In conclusion.

When you feel desperate about a thing, get someone you trust that can help you. A family or a very good friend, a person that won't judge. Immediately you let your desperation out of your mouth, you would begin to feel at ease and then you would have little control over it, then little by little you would be able to overcome it. Avoid being desperate or use your desperation to fuel a new goal.
