After Isha prayer ঃ

Sleep is very beneficial from 9 pm to 12 noon.

Anyone can get 80% deep sleep during this time.

👀 1 hour sleep at this time = 3 hours sleep.

👀 Pineal gland Melatonin at this time

Produces hormones. বেBut there are two conditions-

‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌ 1. The room should be silent and dark.

2. Must lie down comfortably.

12pm to 2pm

২০ 20% deep sleep during this time. The rest of the sleep is a sleeping dream.

👀 1 hour sleep = 1 hour sleep at this time.

২ From 2pm to before Fajrঃ

This is a good time to keep the mind, mind, and body calm

Memorizing this time, the mind is clear to remember Allah.

This is the best time to memorize

ঃ Sleep after Fajrঃ

There is no benefit to sleeping at this time.

This time 3 hours sleep = 1 hour sleep.

In our society especially students sleep at this time,

But

Sleep during this period causes numbness, lethargy, fatigue, headaches and lack of concentration. It is an impediment to memory loss and intellectual development

ঃ Sleep after Fajr until sunrise

During this time the pineal gland produces another hormone, serotonin, which is produced at sunrise after dawn.

But the condition is-

1. The person must be awake.

2. There should be light movement (like mental exercise)

For example, a person went to the mosque and prayed in Jamaat.

At this time, recitation of the Qur'an stimulates the nerves and calms the soul.

At this time there is enough time to plan the important tasks of the day.

It is best to start light exercise (at least 40 m) and workout after sunrise.
