Why is it important to Write?

There are always somethings which we are not able to share with anyone but if we do, we feel better. The best thing is to write it down.

As human being everyone has a habit to share their feelings with someone, sharing the stuff at the end of the day which happens throughout, talking about their dreams and many more. It helps people in certain ways, they feel relaxed afterwards. But the people like me who are an introvert and don't feel good about sharing our feelings or talking about overselves what they can do to relax their mind?

Then I would like to recommend something which is "To Write". At starting it does'nt make any sense but trust me If you start writing something your life will change in a positive manner. You can write anything about your feelings, about your freedom, the things which you want to do in your future, about your day, about your daily routine and many more. When you write everyday it pushes you to think something and make us to realize about certain things which even we didn't mind at all. It helps me alot in decluttering my thoughts, realising about my feelings, knowing about my dreams and what is good and about me. Writing is good for not only an introvert but also for extroverts, anyone write because there are some particular things which we didn't want to talk to peoples may be think that they won't understand aur anything so instead of that we can just write it believe me it will help you in making things good and then better.

Sometimes it happens when we felt lost and you didn't say anyone about this and you want solution of this just grab a page and pen and start writing what you feel right then. When you do this you get to know what exactly is bothering you and then read it again and again and after some time you feel why are you stressed about such things or you get a soltuion to your problem.

We can write not only whe  we are sad, we can write when we are happy and show our gratitude in this and you feel so overwhelmed about everything you go through in your life.

I think this will help you because it helped me so much when I was also lost and didn't feeling so great about things I started to write and trust me it is the best therapy in itself. You guys should also try this especially in this quarantine time start a new habit.

Sometimes, writing will help you express your emotions.. It will aso help you clear your mind.. Release the tensions within your mind and heart.. Writing is a good stress reliever.. At the same time, it will improve your skills and comprehension 😊
