There are always somethings which we are not able to share with anyone but if we do, we feel better. The best thing is to write it down.
Sometimes it happens when we felt lost and you didn't say anyone about this and you want solution of this just grab a page and pen and start writing what you feel right then. When you do this you get to know what exactly is bothering you and then read it again and again and after some time you feel why are you stressed about such things or you get a soltuion to your problem.
We can write not only whe we are sad, we can write when we are happy and show our gratitude in this and you feel so overwhelmed about everything you go through in your life.
I think this will help you because it helped me so much when I was also lost and didn't feeling so great about things I started to write and trust me it is the best therapy in itself. You guys should also try this especially in this quarantine time start a new habit.
