Its a small story of a being who sits to meditate on the white light.

Imagine that you are seated in a cross-legged posture, or in padmasan posture, as they call in Yoga. You are seated at the center of the big floating ball and its surrounded by the white light. Deafened by its pure light you closed your eyes and started meditating on it. 

Observing the white light, you have decided to follow the path from where it originated. So, you put out your mind and started staring into the white light and you realised after sometime that your ethereal body wakes up and start following through the path, although you sat in the same position in seated manner. 

The Ethereal-body (E-body) started following the white light path to find out its source. This E-body is travelling through ages and it doesnt seemed to found its end. The E-body didn't give up and still following the pure light. As this E-body travels by, it had found that the pure light is never ending and its seems to it that the source must be far ahead of time than the speed he travels.

Sceptically, he once thought to look back, he dumbfounded by the sight that the white light is every where to his surroundings and he is awestruck at its view. Now, he determined strongly to find the source of this light come what may. He travelled in that light as the years gone by. Suddenly, he sensed that the light is never going to end and he must into longer distances to travel by. 

Then, he heard a soft and calm voice, saying 'I am here and everywhere, and why do you keep searching me when I'm very much near to you, in the spaces beyond your mind travels. The spaces between your two breathes'. 

He doesn't understand and asked the voice, 'Who are you? and what is this white light? and why it's taking so long to find its source? '

The Voice gently laughed and answered, ' I am You and You are in Me. This white light that you are travelling is the pure energy that is always present and its ever present, but its hidden and only be seen when you go inside. I am very near to you and your mind is tricking you that I am more far from you. Observe gently again. '

He said, ' What does it meant 'inside' ? How come it ever present inside? '

The Voice said, ' Inside meant that you seep through the inner-workings of your mind and how its tricking you that everything seems to be outside. Child, Look inside your Heart and Feel the warmth and that warmth just happens because of this pure energy that rested deep inside of it'. 

He asked again with more enthusiasm, ' What you said was like a magic that just needs to be revealed. Ok, Fine, But what is the Energy that you are pointed about?. 

The Voice with his calm and gentle tone answered with his great love to this man, 'The Energy is always there and Everything is Energy. Don't you understand? '

He shook his head that he didnt get to the point. 

The Voice said, ' The Things that you see, feel, hear, and the things you touch, every object that you think it existed in the physical form or in the mental form whatever shapes or objects or the feelings and the emotions which seeped through you that was created, modified, built with your mind was all nothing but an energy. '

'You are surrounded by the Energy, You dont need to know that it existed everytime. It just there. It just has its own memories, things to be created or manifested by mere thoughts that any man can ever imagined.'

He started to think about it in deep and urged the Voice to be with him all the time and let it guide through this. 

He started to feel energised from this and started searching for more answers to his unknown questions.
