It's like keeping yourself in trouble even in an unbearable situation. But would that mean we would be deprived of all the joys of summer? Don't you ever think that it is possible to keep yourself more perfect this summer? To keep yourself fit in summer, pay attention to some summer fitness.

• First,

all the fruits that are available in summer, such as mango, blackberry, jackfruit, banana, etc. together or by making a separate mixture and massaging the face every day, the shadow of sweat in the heat is removed from the face.

 

• Fifth,

always keep yourself busy with light clothing. Always present yourself in front of everyone with light clothes and light makeup wherever you go indoors or outdoors. This way you can keep yourself away from the heavy fatigue of the heat.
