Self-care habits that will change your life

Let's be real, self-care is more important than your social media time spendings. It doesn't take long, and actually its.

Self-care surely reaps benefits--both short term and long term. Why self-care should wait for your health -- to show serious ailments?

I truly believe that implementing self-care habits has made me a better human, I am able to feel much better than I used to earlier. And if you feel good, you would radiate that energy and this will help others feel good about your presence.

I highly suggest everyone to follow some sort of self-care habits everyday. 

I am reminded of one question I have been people might have related to self-care. They wonder if self-care help them solve their problems -- if not, they prefer finding solutions, doing certain tasks, anything that can get their daily issues solved. Sure, this might be the preference in some life situations but will you ever be able to eliminate your problems completely?

Life has always been and probably always be our teacher -- you will daily come across lots of hurdles. Will you just keep tackling everything or rather stop a while and set your mind right. Keep yourself calm and storm will pass, or even if you are distressed, storm would pass anyways.

If you have been following self-care, and continue with it, you gradually become more powerful in many ways as such you will be stronger with every hurdle -- both mentally and physically. 

List of self-care habits 

  • Eat the healthiest food items -- it should become your normal diet. 

  • Drink enough water - enough of your 'will do after this' excuses.

  • Gift yourself - ofcourse I am not talking about clothes, well maybe those too but something you would forever want to preserve -- that you truly want. 

  • Get a haircut - no, I don't exactly want to reduce your hair length but maybe a bit of cuttings, or some other treatment can truly change your look and feel. 

  • Get groovy- perfect time will never come, if you are waiting for that perfect occasion for which you will learn dance and then perform, you will be waiting for a long time my friend. 

  • Exercise ofcourse - keep your body moving, no need to stay at one place for longer. There are sitting exercise poses for the lazy people out there. It's easy peasy. 

  • Dress yourself the best - again, wait no more for a perfect day where you can showoff your amazing fashionable outfits. Yes, you can't go dramatic but you will feel awesome. 

  • Take time for skincare - why not? Skincare habits are worth it especially if you want to look your best. I am not saying you have to follow an insta style, complicated skincare routine but just enough to keep your skin clean and  moisturized. 

  • Clean your room - and how is it self-care? Well, your room means your stuff -- you getting distracted -- you are not performing your optimum. And you forget where you kept your stuff too along with this. 

  • Maintain a journal - what if someone reads it? You can use some sort of code language! Kidding, well you can also write it on your notepad or somewhere. The purpose is that you should have clarity of what thoughts have been going on in your mind. 

I know these are not too many but everyone knows what they can do that adds up as a self-care habit. There are thousands of self-care habits,

I can write those but would keep updating and they would never get posted. I am looking forward to your ideas though.

I've a question and that is.... Take care of yourself is not easy for those who have lost their dream, overwhelming crushing fear, society bullying. But keep those aside take care of yourself is a sign of success. Btw It's good to read your article
