#1 McDonald’s Big Mac born in the USA, Pittsburgh
It’s not fancy, but it’s classy. And the first one. All we know is that legendary Bigmac is the best partner in crime at the end of a night out and at the beginning of a hangover. Wherever you live, wherever you drink. However, in the late 70s, no one had tasted this burger. The Big Mac was created by Jim Delligatti in McDonald's restaurant, located on McKnight Road, and introduced in the Greater Pittsburgh area in 1967. And the Big story begins… 500 000 000 Big Macs are sold in the United States every year. Are you Mac enough?
The anatomy of Big Mac: it consists of two 1.6 oz (45.4 g) beef patties, "special sauce" (a variant of Thousand Island dressing), iceberg lettuce, American cheese, pickles, and onions, served in a three-part sesame seed bun. Price: $3.99.
