There's always that one colleague that can keep u laughing again and again until all work is done No matter how hectic, stressful and risky d shift maybe. Such is Bro. Bayo( not real name), although today was d first day we happened to be on d same shift.

I couldn't help it but laughed to my ribs forgetting d fear of coronavirus. How, d story began:

We came to start our normal shift but learnt that moment that we will all have to be on mask because everyone is on self isolation due to d confirmed coronavirus case.

Hence we all had to use PPE especially facemask. And behold the discovery- Mouth Odour.

Conversation: Believe me, mouth odour is also a big issue to deal with. Advantages of mouth odour( According to Bayo:

1. It gives you victory over any auguments.

2. No one speaks when you open ur mouth to speak.( Even d devil respect u wen u speak depending on how deep the mouth odour is)

* Some funny things about people with mouth odour is that: *

They gossip too much *

They will always want to tell u something in ur ears! *

They always have something to say either question or contribution ( you know urself) They ensure their mouth is wide open wen speaking.

Bro/Sis, wen u observed that ur friend either boyfriend or girlfriend or even ur spouse often offer u TomTom or sweet or wen ur spouse often refused to kiss u, try and get his/her msg to u ! I didn't said u av mouth odour but u can simply take this test called facemask test(According to Bayo's discovery)

Nothing is as strong as the knowledge u discovered urself.

Now mouth odour is also called bad breath. Bad breath, medically called halitosis, can result from poor dental health habits and may be a sign of other health problems. Bad breath can also be made worse by the types of foods you eat and other unhealthy lifestyle habits.

How Does What You Eat Affect Breath?

Basically, all the food eaten begins to be broken down in your mouth.

If you eat foods with strong odors (such as garlic or onions), brushing and flossing -- even mouthwash -- merely covers up the odor temporarily. The odor will not go away completely until the foods have passed through your body.

Why Do Poor Habits Cause Bad Breath?

If you don't brush and floss teeth daily, food particles can remain in your mouth, promoting bacterial growth between teeth, around the gums, and on the tongue. This causes bad breath. The truth be told; mouth will always like sweet things! Even I too love sweet things.

So, how do we deal with this mouth perfume before it embarrasses us?

1. Brush and floss ur mouth more often.

2. Rinse ur mouth out especially after taking something sweet.

3.Scrape ur tongue.

4. Avoid foods that sour ur breath.

5. Kick the tobacco habit.

6. Skip after-dinner mints and chew sugarless gum.

7. Keep ur gums healthy.

8. Moisten ur mouth.

9. See ur physician. (You can contact Ishaya Alheri or Esther Arinze for one of the oriflame mouth odour products)

10. Stop gossiping.

To end the brief lecture guess who is Bayo! Funny enough Bro Bayo is you. Yes! You reading my post now. Oya smell ur mouth urself, is it palatable? Now, stand up and go brush ur teeth!
