Hope and Faith

Text: Romans 5:1-2, 1st Thessalonians 1:3.

Objectives:

1. It is understanding the relationship between hope and faith.

2. We will understand the difference between hope and faith.

3. We will understand what it takes ti shift between hope and faith.

Scriptures clearly show that hope and faith are vital necessities to the life and destiny of the child of God. The Bible also makes it clear that hope travels in the company of faith. Hope and faith move together. Where you find faith, most times, you must find hope. The Bible also made it clear that the end objective of both hope and faith are similar if not the same.

Hope is hoping to attend the same thing that faith achieves.

The question is, what are the difference? - Hope lays the foundation while faith does the construction.

- Hope without faith therefore is like the foundation without the construction. That is, I believe God will do it; that is the foundation (Hope), making it happen is faith.

- Hope pictures the possibility while Faith captures the reality. Hope fantasizes with the possibilities while faith crystallizes the reality. So hope without faith is fantasizing the realities without getting the possibilities.

- Hope wishes for a desirable or better outcome in life while faith works out a desirable or a better outcome in life. Hope is a little bit passive, faith is active and the two are necessary.

Summary:

- Faith does not and cannot exist without hope. So we are not downplaying hope at all. The meaning is that is is impossible to be hopeless and be faith filled, because the Scripture says Now Faith is the things. Hebrews 11:1. There is hope inside faith. - Hoping cannot produce without faith. I am hoping that I will get a job, I am hoping that things will be better. Hope alone doesn't produce.

To remain at the level of hope alone is to remain in perpetual expectation without resultant manifestation. That is, you are expecting permanently without manifestation, that's frustration.

What do you do to move from hope to faith?

1. Possess valid Scriptural reasons for your hope. You are expecting something, do you have any Scripture that backs that believe. That believe is standing on what? That is what shifts your hope to faith. 1st Peter 3:15. Every hope must be backed with reason to produce at the end. It means you are not just hoping and leaving your hope to chance, don't live like that. It is not a random motion. Once hope becomes backed by Word, it has turned to faith and that moves God to action because anywhere God sees his Word, He moves.

One day I must marry, what is your reason? He made them male and female. I am a female, there must be a male for me, that is the Scripture. The Lord God, He is my shield, He is my glory, no good thing will He withhold from them that walk uprightly. Psalm 84:11. Husband is a good thing, wife is a good thing because He said, he that findeth a wife findeth a good thing and no good thing will He withhold.

And I shall have my children, what is my reason? He created Adam and said be fruitful and multiply, replenish the earth. Genesis 1:28.

Do you know that the birth of Jesus Christ is one of the worst attacks on barrenness because by being born without a man, by passing the normal reproductive processes. By passing the male spermatozoa fertilizing the female ovary, by bypassing that process and bringing out flesh and blood.

Abraham met his wife-all the people that gave birth that time, nobody bypassed the process, only Jesus.

How shall this thing be since I know not a man? Forget about man in this matter. The Holy Ghost shall come upon you... It cancelled every low sperm count, every barrenness, every endometritis. It cancelled every reason, fribiod, it cancelled every single reason.

I announce to you, every barrenness, every empty handedness is deleted now! Don't just be hopeful, gather reasons.

2. Boldy declare and announce your Word based hope expectations continually. Psalm 91:1-4. Don't just hope it, say it, don't just wish it, declare it; what you believe is not real until it is declared. God came, saw light and declared it. Even though God believed there should be light, He had to say it. What you believe is not real until it is declared. What is real in your heart is not real until it is spoken out of your mouth. If it remains in your heart, you are hoping. If you speak, you are 'faithing'. Corinthians 4:13.

When we said that we will build a structure like this, many people didn't believe but it didn't matter, we kept on faithing it and it came to pass. This whole place will soon be populated with iconic structures; on my right here, there are two seven floor office towers coming up, after that you have a shopping mall, Shepherds place where you can just buy things, after that, in front of the main garden 1, is a seven floor five star hotel and then all the way from the stretch of the garden, 1 kilometre at the very end of it, you have a beach and you have the water entering the land and coming out with big trees and sand. And at the end of it, you have two filling stations.

I am not just talking, these are things that have already been approved. The whole design is approved. Then we have a medical centre right here and then we have the secondary schools and all that. There are many other things that are there, all of them will just rise up as trees in a short while.

If the devil cannot stop you from saying it, no power can stop you from seeing it. And God said and it was so, and God said let there be light and it was so. If the devil cannot stop you from saying it, no devil can stop you from seeing it. Matthew 5:18.

I speak by prophecy today, your life that is set on the hill, no devil can hide you.

Every single thing that I am mentioning that is going to be on this ground is for the benefit of the people of God. The one stop centre (shopping mall) is where you can find things you would have been looking for. The children park is somewhere there where children can enjoy their lives.

What I just said now is deliberate. I said it so that you can hear, so the devil can hear, so the witches can hear, so that wizards can hear and so that God Himself can hear and of course our medical university is coming, everything medical and paramedical. Again I am speaking, we are not just hoping, we are faithing. The way other people are going to India and other places to look for help, they'll be coming to our direction. Halleluia! Is it possible, is it doable? It is already done in the Name of Jesus.

3. Never be ashamed of your hope. Never be ashamed to behave in the line of what you believe is going to happen for you. Psalm 119:116. Romans 5:2.

4. Celebrate your expectation, it has not happened yet but you expect that it will happen. Romans 4:18. Don't wait for it to happen, dance now, celebrate it now and it must happen.

When you do these four things, hope has shifted.

Listen, before the 31st of December, before December ends, your hope that has now turned into faith shall produce your results. Amen!
