Yeah I do work out but recently I didn't bcoz Im always puyat haha. It's not good to work out with sleep deprivation.

Hahaha ako kase recently mga 2am na tsk. Nakaka 6-7hrs nmn akong tulog kaso alam nmn natin 10PM-3AM ang regeneration nang cells kaya if matulog ka nang wla sa bracket na yan. Puyat pa rin di parin nakapag pahinga ang cells natin.
Hahaha that's it's true, I fee na gising na gising Ang buong cells Ng katawan in that bracket.
