How often do you think about changing your routine? It seems that after the quarantine, we all went through a certain type of re-examination. We got up two hours earlier, and then we woke up half an hour before work and it seems that nowhere did we find the necessary peace and balance needed for a healthy start to the day.
There are a few simple rituals, which do not take too much time, and very simple and in just fifteen minutes will make your day start and end really well.
Inhale the air
Fresh air is of indescribable importance for good mental health and a good start to the day. Get up a little earlier, make yourself some coffee and sit by the open window. Let the air wake you up, refresh and motivate you. Arrange your thoughts, priorities, listen to your needs and feelings and move on to the day in the direction you have set for yourself in those first few minutes.
Have breakfast
But not on the go, while pulling on jeans with one hand. Sit at the table and have breakfast in peace. Give yourself the opportunity to enjoy the first meal, to get information to your brain that you are full, but more importantly, that there is no rush and stress and that there is really time for everything.
Feel good in your skin
Take some time to spend in front of the mirror. Facial care, hair care, makeup, and then a good choice of daily outfit. When you feel safe and well in your skin, there are no challenges that you will not solve that day.
If the day starts to your liking, the chances are much higher that it will end that way. The obligation is more and more, the pressure is also, so it is very important to please yourself at the beginning of the day. You may not arrive later, so you will be tired and dissatisfied, and life is short and you should be satisfied, smiling and grateful every day.
