Hello everyone, it's your guy Eviziim on this again. And I would love to be the first to welcome you to a BRAND NEW DAY!!! 🤗🤗🤗

Now while it was yesterday, you had it in mind that Today was on it way, and I showed you how to plan for it in my previous article (check it here).

And here we are starring at it in it's face, and it's starring right back at us obviously 😅

  • Firstly, I would want you to write it in your heart that Today is the best day in the year. That it is rich with oppurtunities and nothing can ruin it!

  • Secondly, I would want you to know that today is a day you have never seen before and will never see again.

Since that has been established, I want to show you some few HACKs to make today the most profitable day in the year. Are you ready?

Let's dive in

Now if you started your day by hitting the snooze button, dragging yourself out of bed at the last minute, rushing to get ready, and then running out the door with a doughnut in one hand and your bag in the other, or you woke up so early, not having to worry about going late to work.

These are some habits you should never neglect

  • Smile and Think Something Positive. As soon as you wake up, smile at anything, your toothbrush even to the wall. When you see your family you smile, smile at your cup, your TV, your shoes.

WHY? You may ask. Because when you smile your body releases the feel-good neurotransmitters dopamine and endorphins. Which means by smiling first thing when you wake up you’ll be starting your day in a better mood.

  • Make Your Bed. Get up and make your bed. When you make your bed every morning you just accomplished the first and probably one of the most difficult task of the day. It will give you a small sense of pride and it will encourage you to do another task and another and another.

  • Brush Your Teeth and Scrape Your Tongue. Even the babies are aware of this.

  • Drink Warm Water With Lemon. Lemons have lots of Vitamin C, which helps to protect you from catching a cold. The antioxidant properties of lemons fight against free radical damage, which keeps your skin looking young and healthy.

  • And lastly Meditate. Do not skip this for any reason.

Do the following:

  • Sit in a comfortable position.

  • Close your eyes and focus on your breath.

  • Inhale for 4 counts, retain for 4 counts, and exhale for 8.

  • Every time you feel your mind wandering, bring it back to your breath.

  • Do this for three minutes.

And of course Eat a Healthy Breakfast. You’ve heard of this a thousand times, but I’m going to say it again: breakfast in the most important meal of the day.

Your morning habits can make or break your day. The habits stated above would guarantee you a productive day.
