Cooking Cheaper Viand -Bottled Gourd

Ingredients

1/4 clove of garlic, 1 pc onion, 1 small upo (bottle gourd) peeled and sliced rectangularly, 1 pinch pulv. Black pepper, 5tbsp fish sauce, 1 pack chicharon or 1/8 kg pork, 5tbsp cooking oil

1 . Place the the pan in fire

2. add the cooking oil in the pan and let it heat.

3.Put the garlic until became brown

4.Add the onions until soften

5.Add the pork until brown add few water then simmer for 5 mins until the meat tender

6.Add the vegetable (upo) and spread the pinch of pulv. Black pepper,then cover for atleast 3 minutes

7.And now, ready the ginisang upo (sauted bottled gourd) for less than 70Php or 1.5 $.
