There are several times life throw at us, what we least expected, there are thousands of times we've felt like giving up on the race and just walking through. There are times, we have dropped the baton and decided it is not best for us to keep holding because we feel we are no longer winning.
We have given up on our how's and dreams for a bright and better future. We have decided to rest even when the race is still on.
Those who run, aren't those who are quite good, they are those that have decided to keep running even when they are having a hard time breathing when it feels like their knees are giving up on them and they no longer have enough strength to continue.
With constant exercise even when he feels down, and with the great sight he has in winner, a runner becomes good not because he wants to be good, but because of the great future he has and has seen ahead of him, he becomes good even when people do not trust him to win and would do anything to stand out even if it means training under the rain and sun.
Many runners have given up and stopped running because of constant talk down at people, many runners have given up a run in because they feel they can never win. The truth is most times, running isn't to win, it is to exercise our strength.
We all want to win, so if at the point in time, we let go because we can not win, what then makes us a runner?
keep on moving, keep on running, don give on yourself just yet, don't give up on life just yet, you've got so much strength and power within you to run as long as you want. Just go on, until you are sure it is the end of the line and there is someone at the other side to keep running.
Don't worry, start small and keep up the pace but never stop running no matter the obstacles you are facing. Those obstacles are there to stop you, but you shouldn't let the obstacles stop you from running and keeping up with the pace.
Why stop when you've got some many people looking up to you, why stop now when you've come this far, why stop now, when you've got people in the same line with you, waiting for you to reach the end of the line, so they also can reach there?
Why let down these people who are expecting you to come out strong, you aren't expected to stop, you are not expected to back off, you are not expected to let down the next line of people following after you, not to mention the generation following you behind.
I know how tired you are, I know how fatigue you are, I know how bad you want to relax, I know how bad you want to think you have been wasting your time and would love to take another lane, but hey, don't stop now, keep running, keep pushing, until you can see the other side of the line.
keep up the energy, keep up the bravery, keep running, keep pressing forward, put more strength on your knees, don't let them give away, don't let them feeble, because, we've got generations who depend on those knees.
So, keep running, don't give up just yet because sooner than you expected, you will get to the end of the line and will be victorious.
It is not too late to continue running but it is too late to stop running because you are not too far away from the winning line.
