The Thing That Destroys Investors, Is The Same That Makes Them Rich!
Whether it's their own business or an investment in assets like cryptocurrency. There is something that either the "losers" as the "winners" have in common. Both were affected by the same thing but dealt differently to the situation. What I am talking about is the "FOMO", the "Fear Of Missing Out!
If you have any experience with investments, you probably have faced the "FOMO". When we see people claiming they changed their life after investing in something new that has shown up in the market. We see ourselves excited about getting into this opportunity and grab this one chance! Right? So... here is where we differ a good from a newbie investor.
Whereas a newbie investor would head as fast as possible to the so called opportunity. The seasoned one will analyze, first of all, when did it start, normally after an investment become popular, it's not so profitable. After that, they analyze the risks and what the investment is gonna be like in long terms. And, on top of that, a good investor will never put all the eggs in just one basket! They use money they don't need for high risk investments.
In the end, we are all affected by the FOMO, and someone who isn't, can not be called investor. As it happens, good investors don't wanna miss an opportunity, they don't judge a book by its cover, they read it entirely, twice if they need to, but when they make their move, they do so to make money!
