I was scrolling in my Google drive and then I bumped into a specific folder which contains my outputs last summer class 2021. So, since I don't have that much topic to write for my daily blogs, I decided to make it as my content.

We supposedly had our Industry Training last summer 2021 but due to the pandemic and Covid 19 restrictions, we were not allowed to deploy in certain industries. But our school adapted another way in order for us to passed the subject. We were given a task to cook 5 dishes per week according to a specified cuisine. We were like a chef vlogger because we need to take a video in every cooking steps for us to have a documentary or proof that we really cooked it by ourselves alone.

Our grades depends on the video that we uploaded in the google classroom that's why we really need to exert extra effort in making the best output to get higher grades. From explanation to demonstration and even to plating and presentations, you really need to always see to it that everything is nice and perfect.

The only problem that I encountered during those days were buying my ingredients. As we all know, we are living in an era where we really need to use money in order for us to complete a certain tasks. In my case, we were not that financially stable and asking money from my parents to buy the ingredients for my chosen dishes is quite hard. But I'm still thankful that I was able to find ways on how to divide each of the raw materials to come up with 5 dishes for a week. After all, we really need to become strategic and wise in doing specific tasks.

Enough with that, without further ado lemme share to you my 5 dishes for a week.
