Don't judge a book by its cover

Sometimes we fail to see what is real and we tend to see what is not real because human generally are fund of judging something or someone without knowing or getting to know the actual truth.

And people judge so quickly because they believe in their instinct alone without finding out the truth, the same thing with a guy who judges a girl and concluded on his mind without getting to know the right truth about her.

I am not saying we shouldn't follow what our minds think but sometimes it's better to do proper findings before concluding or judging someone

A short story about a guy who judges a lady without getting to know her better you know sometimes the cover might look beautiful but what is in the book might be worse.

Meanwhile, some covers will look bad but the content in it is great but this guy never checked before taking the book home you know girls are like books and once you choose the wrong book then you are in for it.

James met Janet at the supermarket in his street and with the way Janet dress James fell for her because that's the kind of dress he loves to see on ladies so he approach her because he thought he have seen what he likes.

James: hi

Janet: hello

James: do you stay in this area?

Janet: no I came to greet my friends here

James: oh ok but I will like to know you better

Janet: hmmm ok my name is Janet

James: what a nice name am James can I have your digit so that we can't talk better

Janet: ok then

Janet gave him her number without thinking of who he might be or what he could do with her number

After two weeks they have been talking on the phone they became very close on phone but Janet never visits him for once because she's trying to play hard to get for James meanwhile she has already fallen for him. After all, he's handsome and she wants him to believe that she's decent.

She has already judged James's book by its cover she fell in love with him because he's handsome so after one month she really wants to be with him so badly and then she called to let him know she will be coming to his place and they both agreed to meet.

James never knew the kind of job Janet is doing because what he fell for was her beauty and the way she dressed the first time he met her and Janet never care to tell him since they are already dating and she really wants to settle down by all means.

One day Janet went to her friend's place as usual and she was introduced to a guy for the weekend Janet and the guy went out to catch fun and he paid her for her service because that's what she does for a living.

After two months that James and Janet have been dating, they finally want to get married because James can't wait to have her all to himself so he took Janet home to introduce her to his family.

When they got there Janet greeted everyone but James's elder brother who had just come back from abroad wasn't at home because he rush out early in the morning to catch up with an appointment so Janet couldn't meet him but the introduction went well and they have discussed about the wedding.

Two weeks to the wedding Janet wanted to do a surprise visit for James and when she got there she met her sugar boy which they spent a weekend together some months back which happens to be James's elder brother

They both look so surprised to see each other but James doesn't notice anything between them after Janet left James brother asked who she was to him and James told his elder brother that she's going to be his wife.

That's when the elder called their parents and explained to them how bad Janet is and for this reason James can't marry her, assuming James hasn't judged Janet by her look he must have known that she's not someone he can settle with but he only looks at the appearance and not some other deep part
