Nobody Is Perfect

Mistake is an unintentional error. It is done especially when one isn't in the right state of mind. When it's intentional, its no longer a mistake, it's an offence.

We live in a world of imperfection, a world with so many hidden and visible flaws. Which means mistakes are bound to happen in your workplace, at home, on that paper work, while parenting. Literally everything we choose to embark on, there's a 99% chance of making a graving error. As Human beings we are prone to errors.

Though some individuals feel they are perfect in life. They live as if they can never make mistakes in life, that's just a fallacy. Only gods are above mistakes.

I see bosses scold or fire their employees over little mistakes, they probably feel humans should perform as machines. That is not right, every one deserves a second chance, because we all, are humans.

I got suspended from work two years ago, because i missed out on the organization weekly meeting, that was the first time i missed a meeting. But my boss got furious and sent me packing. Truly that was a major mistake, which i apologized for. But they all fell on deaf ears.

Presently, i heard my boss was arrested at his place of work, just because he ordered his Security guard to beat a man up, who parked wrongly on his premises. Unluckily for him, the Guard beat the man to death. He was arrested along side the security man, His store was looked up, out of anger the owners of the dead body came and destroyed properties in the premises.

The former year my boss fired me, he probably felt he was above mistakes. But the latter event proved him wrong.

My point exactly, no being is above mistakes. If you are opportuned to lead people, lead with a clear and forgiving mind. At the end of the day we will still end up in the same shit called mistakes.

It is okay to make mistakes, no one is above them, not even the World's best President.

There were decisions we once made for that relationship, business, event plan, trip but they all turned out to be trash. Because there were mistakes that was inevitable.

It can't be denied, everyone has made a mistake several times in life.

As much as we make mistakes, it's there for us to learn from it. Its better to take corrections and not cry over a spilt milk.

Before the site Read.Cash was set up, the web designers, engineers, the planners might have made mistakes in the coding, designs, layouts, etc but instead of getting discouraged, they learnt from it and continued until the got it right.

When you try out something and it fails, no need to get depressed about it, just try out something else, either way one will work out just fine. Never limit yourself to your mistakes, live above it.
