Anxiety is a disease of the mind that has once in a while affected most of us. It is not under the control of man at the initial, but the latter is determined by us. It is in our power to either stop anxiety, or let it have its way in our lives. The choice lies in us. It occurs in the subconscious mind, if care ain't taken it takes control of our whole being.

Anxiety clogs happiness with thoughts of "what if","maybe", "if i had done this way", "i messed up", "i would have","had i known".

It is the poison of human life and the parent of many sins. Where physical ailments have slain tens, anxiety has slain hundreds. Anxiety robs us off our joy, peace of mind, happiness replaces it with toxic ideas that can be suicidal. Anxiety comes with sadness, mood swings an terrible diseases, if not checked.

Nothing wastes the body like anxiety. It steals the bloom from the cheeks and lightness from the pulse.

It takes away the appetite and turns the hair grey. Anxiety gives a little problem a very big shadow. If you look at your life in retrospect, you will be surprised to find out that most of the things you were anxious about in the past years were the things that never really happened.

So all the time and energy spent on worrying were wasted and could have been used for something meaningful.

Getting anxious can never be of help to us. But we can overcome anxiety by casting all your cares on the one who lavishly feeds the birds and splendidly clothes the lilies(God). Cast all your burdens on him, he's available to carry them.

Most people suffer diseases that resulted from anxiety. They now depend on antidepressants and anxiolytics, to have a feel of happiness. To avoid this kind of life. Let's learn to turn every moment to a happy one, enjoy every moment like its the last.

Let's train our minds to be stronger than our feelings, that way we over come every depressive moment.

Instead of just sitting and pondering over that problem, why not channel that energy to things that make you happy. Call your mentor, listen to music, talk about it with a friend, take a walk, go swimming, go on a vacation. Pretend that the problem is not there and you will see it rolling away.

In every situation lets learn to choose happiness.

In this situation of the world right now that we are all facing an pandemic due to the covid19 virus i think lot's of people are experiencing anxiety or getting depressed in life, especially those peoples that are affected financially in their life and after they got emotionally affected also and then get anxiety i just hope that this pandemic will be over so that everything will be back to normal again.
