Anxiety is a disease of the mind that has once in a while affected most of us. It is not under the control of man at the initial, but the latter is determined by us. It is in our power to either stop anxiety, or let it have its way in our lives. The choice lies in us. It occurs in the subconscious mind, if care ain't taken it takes control of our whole being.
