Inconvenient Truths: Loyalty allows you to set yourself free

Have you ever wondered how many times you have been surrounded by people who are not loyal to you, who have abused you, or who simply do not accompany you in your growth, but are constantly criticizing and pointing out your flaws instead of your strengths?

It is necessary that we cleanse ourselves of bad relationships and, for that, we are going to know an extremely interesting fact:

When we know and act out what is called loyalty, we are going to learn to recognize the people who are around us hurting, and to have enough strength in ourselves to be able to say to them: Goodbye, this is as far as we go.

Learning about loyalty

It is extremely important to learn about loyalty, because it is the way we understand how human relationships are those that we call close and that are the ones we need to have strengthened and in situations of growing.

Loyalty is a virtue and means devotion or fidelity to what one feels honored to belong to.

Whether it is a friendship, a relationship or even a country, the loyal human being is committed to be present in good times and bad, to remain and support constantly, as well as to recognize strengths and weaknesses in any circumstance of life.

Being honest with the presence of that to which one is loyal and, being grateful with that sentimental and human bond that one has, is an important part of loyalty.

Once we understand this, it is necessary to know these hard truths:

The one who knows you best has the most power to harm you.

That is why the people closest to you have to be part of a bond where the basis is loyalty.

Employees, partners, economic partnership and friends

Conflictual employees, whether they are the ones you have hired for your enterprise or the people who work in the same place of employment, must pass through the filter of conflict.

The partner that you do not trust is another relationship that you have to put in the spotlight to analyze and make decisions about it.

Partnerships where people do not trust each other and where there are hidden actions must be analyzed.

And finally one of the relationships that can become more durable in the life of an individual friendship must pass through the filter of interest and convenience.

Analyzing situations

If you have employees that you are distrusting, it is preferable that you do without them.

If you work with someone you distrust, it makes sense to go and ask for a change of area or, simply, to consider continuing in that job.

If you have a partner who constantly spies on you, it is best to consider the possibility of separating or getting a divorce.

No love relationship, no matter how passionate it may be, will prosper when there is distrust, both in you and in the other person.

If you must be all the time worried and thinking about the situations of betrayal that could occur, it is preferable and, it is the most advisable, that this relationship ends.

With regard to economic partnerships, it is not only the distrust in the other or to perform actions hidden from the other, it is that a partner is a friend and a completely transparent person regarding his actions.

But it is also that person who gives more importance to the growth of your company than to the dividends they can get from it.

Companies go through difficult times and if your partner, in those moments, becomes a nightmare, it is preferable that you consider buying his part or simply sell yours and look for another partner or another venture with another person.

And with respect to friendship, well, if you have friends who are only in positive moments, stop calling them friends and put them in the place where you should put them.

At times when there are difficulties recognize only those who are present, because the friend is in good times and bad.

So, stop worrying so much about people who are only in your life in times of well-being.

Loyalty as a measurement

As you can see, it is loyalty that can make you understand what is going wrong in a relationship; and in these four relationships, work or employee partnership relationships, couple relationships, partner or venture partnership relationships; and finally, friendship relationships, it is important that the measure is loyalty.

Loyalty, as we have seen, strengthens you so that you can make the right and correct decisions to put aside worries, stress, delay in achieving objectives and goals; and to give your life the opportunity to have peace of mind.
