Nothing is impossible, it is true; everything can happen or is likely to happen; but the logical thing is that we take the right steps to make things happen.
Setting short-term goals without the right tools to work the way leads to frustration and failure; and I say this because it is necessary to be aware that we must educate ourselves to achieve goals, even if they are not professional goals that involve academic studies.
Every goal requires studying the terrain, learning the subject in question in order to know what steps to take to achieve it; and the excuses that there is no time or that age is against me are not valid.
It is not negativity to say that we must set basic goals that bring us closer to the greater goal; because today it is normal to see the attitude of "wanting to swallow the world in one bite" especially in young people and with the results that we are seeing in many areas: Improvisation, poorly arranged situations, constructions with bad foundations; weak relationships; mediocrity in music and art that are only shown on the Internet and that does not exceed limits; among many other situations.
Do not stop learning from knowledgeable sources; so, for example, if you are going to start a diet, learn about nutrition; if you have to get a better job, learn how to expand your skills; if you are committed to a relationship, learn about communication and read about behavior; and so on, with effort, study, dedication.
At the end of the day, the goals we set are simply because we want them and we like them, so the sacrifice should be pleasurable; but if it is not, then review your interests well because you will surely be on the wrong path.
