If you've been doing a job for too long, you're working too slowly. However, if your manager is doing a task slowly, it's probably because he's working carefully.

You're really lazy when you don't do something you're supposed to do. Your manager has the right not to do this because he is always very busy.

It is said that you are exceeding your authority when you do something without being asked. When your manager does the same, he or she is taking the initiative.

When you go out of the office, it is always thought that you spend too much time. When your manager goes out, he doesn't always waste time, he always works hard.

It is said that you often get sick when you do not go to work for a day because you are sick. Your manager is really sick when he doesn't go to work because he's sick :)

Yes, these are examples that reveal the perspectives of ordinary employees and managers working in the workplace. There are also situations that can be given as examples of groupings in the workplace. We can classify these groupings as workplace gangs. The attitudes of these gangs in the workplace can be explained with a few items.

1 – Gang members gather in a member's room or office whenever they can and have a deer chat. Even if there is no agenda in the absence of the manager, the members take a meeting decision immediately. When the manager is angry that the meeting was held without his knowledge, they try to save themselves by claiming that they are trying to come up with creative ideas for strategies for the future of the company.

2- A member of the opposite gang or an employee who cannot join the gang cannot make these people love him, no matter what he does. Gang members, even if they are very successful and hardworking, avoid making positive comments about someone who is not from their group or who is a member of the opposite gang.

3 – These gang members do their best to show that their group is very successful at meetings. Even if the idea that comes to mind is very good, they will try to find an excuse and try to make it look bad. They can leave you in tears from a meeting you hoped to leave happily.

4 – Gang members always support each other. They have certain criteria and they build their thoughts on these criteria. These criteria are criteria such as meeting before starting a job, being a neighbor, being a relative, being a fellow countryman, being a colleague, working in the same department and even graduating from the same school.

5- If an employee who is a member of the gang or not a member of the gang makes the slightest mistake, they show this mistake so big that the boss or managers think that the workplace will collapse because of that person's mistake. Of course, the person who made the mistake is either fired or loses all prestige.

6 – Gang members think they have the right idea about everything. They even believe that they do all the hard work themselves. They think it's their efforts that keep the company afloat. To them, other employees are just extras.

Maybe you have come across groups of people who make such meaningless groupings at a workplace you have worked in in the past. Such people are often insecure and malicious people. Since they do not see themselves as valuable on their own, they aim both to maintain their position in the workplace and to appear valuable by being included in a group. It may even cause many people to lose their jobs. But managers and bosses who believe in such people sooner or later realize that they have made a mistake because things will not go well because of these people.

I can understand gangs in schools but cant wrap my hear around gans in work place considering everyone is adult... that's not a good thing

So long as the gang members remain loyal to each other and have each others back at all time. Then its OK by me, after all what are friends for. In the place where I have worked. After a particular gang have had a warm and pleasant conversation, a member would go out and meet another gang and tell them some unpleasant stuff that his gang said about them and vice versa. It would always appear as if a gang are working together but in reality they are working against each other. Thats y I chose to be "gangless" because of such hypocrisy. Could always mingle with anyone at anytime since i had a clear conscience ☺
