The best teacher is life experience
The bitter experience experienced by a person will be a valuable journey he has and also the provision he brings for his future.
There is no one who has never been hurt or felt pain. Whether it's a physical wound or an emotional wound. An inner wound is a wound that is hidden in a person, born from a bitter experience he has experienced.
Wounds and bitter experiences that have been felt or experienced by someone will certainly leave scars that are not easily lost, memories that are also difficult to forget. Letting go of forgiveness is the best way to recover from emotional wounds, but the problem is that someone can forgive but it is not easy to forget. No matter how hard we try to forget, our memories often lead us to painful memories, so the wound still hurts.
Then what if the painful memory comes back?
Forgive the umpteenth time. Until our hearts are truly sincere and sincerely accept it. It's hard but you can.
The inner wounds that are felt by a person are not only due to external factors or other people, sometimes oneself also plays a large role in it. Therefore it is necessary to learn to forgive yourself first and forgive others. Letting go of forgiveness for others and yourself is also not an easy thing, it takes a struggle against the ego in yourself.
If you are in a situation trapped inside yourself, then start to forgive and accept yourself first. The people who benefit the most when you and all of us are willing to forgive and accept the existence of a reality are ourselves.
After we are able to forgive and accept ourselves and reality, then the next step is we have to learn from it, because by learning from it this will make us stronger and easier to be sincere.
When we have been able to go through the stages of forgiving, sincere, and learning from it then this will be very helpful when we think back on those painful times, our response will be much different, and the pain that has been there will also experience changes, maybe even you. It's no longer painful, but you and we can laugh.
What happens after the illness has passed and you or we have been able to laugh at the bitter past
The experience doesn't stop there. Remember, that there is always a price to be paid for every valuable life experience. So, the bitter experience that we have paid for will be a valuable experience that we will use to prepare for the future for ourselves and 'teachers' for others.
Teacher? Yes teacher but not patronize. When other people experience something similar to what we are going through, we can become someone who can understand them, provide support, provide input and even help them.
I agree that experience is the best teacher, this is true in every human life. Sometimes we are weak humans forgetting that there is something valuable about us, namely an experience. Greatest!
