Working according to passion or working with a high salary Hello friends, how are you? Hope everything will be fine. I? Thank God I'm fine too. I have been inactive for almost 1 month in read.cash, not without reason. Now that I have started actively teaching, it means that my obligations are starting again, also I don't want to waste that responsibility, of course as a teacher. By the way talk about work i have a question for all my friends read.zash. Which one will you choose? between working according to passion or working or working with a high salary? Successfully completing work becomes a joy, as well as completing tasks or various activities given to us will be very pleasant if we are able to complete them. In living life, always wanting to do the best is everyone's dream. This forces a person to continue to learn and improve themselves. In work, for example, if we want to have a good career, everything requires struggle and hard work. However, we often encounter people who are not serious in their work, as evidenced by working as they are, sometimes the work given is not completed for various reasons. This will disappoint many people, leaders, company owners or co-workers will all feel uncomfortable if we do not apply this mandate in the workplace. There are many things we can do to prevent bad things from happening by prioritizing and focusing maybe we can try. It is also important to continue to improve self-competence by continuing to learn. A good worker will do various ways for the purpose of becoming a person who is able to do a good job. Being a person who is trustworthy in completing work tasks is an obligation, otherwise we will lose confidence, even the most fatal, we will lose our jobs. In work sometimes there is so much work that we have to complete with time which is sometimes very urgent. In a situation like this, it takes a strong commitment and hard work coupled with focus and priority to complete the work given to us. We have to build a commitment with ourselves in order to have a sense of responsibility to get our work done. If the commitment has been built, it will appear hard work in us to continue to complete the given task. There are some tips that we can try so that we always have a commitment to complete our work. **1. Discipline yourself** Every day before starting any activity or before doing work, in the morning it's good to plan what we will do for one day. Doing planning with discipline every morning might make it easier for us to complete every job. Before going to bed, we should also evaluate ourselves how the work we did today. By remaining disciplined in planning and evaluation, our work will be completed according to the predetermined schedule. **2. Create a priority scale** All work is important but it is very important to prioritize which work we have to finish first. Priority will keep the work from piling up and we can complete the work well on schedule. Prioritize the most important work before doing the non-urgent work that we have to do so we can get all of our work done. **3. Focus** As long as there is work given to us, we must focus on completing it because there will be many distractions that we will receive when we want to complete the work. A possible distraction is the temptation to look at social media until you lose track of time. Coffee with friends who spend a lot of time and are less productive. So the focus on getting the job done should be done by keeping the phone away while working. Refuse to drink coffee if we have work to do. If we focus on getting the job done, the job will be completed within the allotted time. Work becomes a routine that we do, by working we will get rewarded for meeting needs. Doing good will keep the door of our sustenance. So it is very important for us to prioritize and focus on work so that we continue to have work. Let us continue to maintain the quality of our work because our families and children need the results of our hard work to meet their needs. Keep the spirit of work by making priorities and always focused.

Advantages of Google Chrome What browser do you use when surfing the internet? In the past, it could be that Windows' default Internet Explorer was one of the browsers available at that time. In recent years, other browsers such as Opera, Mozilla Firefox, Safari and Google Chrome have emerged. In this post, I will discuss the advantages of Google Chrome. From the name, it can be known that the Google Chrome browser is indeed one of the products of the world's giant search engine, Google. When it first appeared in September 2008, Google Chrome immediately grabbed the attention of internet users, and at that time it was also said that this browser immediately became the favorite browser after Mozilla Firefox, while overthrowing the throne of Opera. Google Chrome has more than 160 million active customers worldwide. Google Chrome, originally created based on the needs of Google experts who communicate daily through the internet. They feel the need to have an application that can optimize and fulfill their needs at that time. Since then they have built the browser. In its appearance, Google Chrome has many advantages that other browsers do not have. The following are some of the advantages of Google Chrome: ***1. Light and fast.*** Everyone would agree that the Google Chrome browser can be said to be lightweight and the access is lightning fast. Google Chrome is indeed a very light browser among others. Google built a new JavaScript engine using an experimental method called V8. This JavaScript engine is used when carrying out heavy processing when running web applications such as Gmail. ***2. Comfortable*** Google Chrome is equipped with automatic phishing and malware detectors that will give you a warning when you visit a dangerous website for your PC/smartphone. Each tab also features a bonus layer called Sandbox which will prevent the web page from interacting with your PC/smartphone. ***3. Update Search*** Searching for reading on Google Chrome is pretty safe. When we type a keyword, Google Chrome automatically indexes all relevant readings and marks it with a transparent yellow color. ***4. Disguise*** You can use Google Chrome in a stealth way. When you set this mode, the history of the opened website parks and downloaded files will not be placed in the browsing and download history. ***5. Anti-Fraud*** Google Chrome can also bold a web domain name. This thickening acts as a warning against fraudulent sites. The thickening seems to let users know that the website is indexed as a fraud. ***6. Tab Management*** In each tab that is opened by Google Chrome has a certain management, so that when one tab error, it does not affect the other tabs which cause the browser in total error. *So far, the Chrome browser is indeed quite efficient to use, and Chrome has proven to be a favorite because it is widely used by users, although Google itself has not dared to admit that this product is one of the browsers that are very often used especially by users of the online world.* I'm sorry, that's just my opinion, I've proven and feel the advantages of the browser.

Water part 2. Can be Above or Below Before I write, I have a question. **Readers understand cycles, right?** Yes, this series of reverse and umpteenth processes is also in the water. In this cycle, water undergoes a change of form in different places on earth. Water can be in the ocean, on the ground, in lakes, in springs, in clouds, in raindrops, in dew, in the air, let alone in our bodies. Yes, water is everywhere. Water can be above or below. ***What can we learn from this matter?*** Seeing this water cycle, we are reminded again of a reflection that life is like a spinning wheel. There are times when you are at the top and at the bottom. Sometimes it's above the clouds or deep in the ground. An enigma of God's power in human life will be various fortunes and trials that come. **When is our life said to be up or down?** If it is meant to be extreme, the above is tantamount to a kind of heyday. On the contrary, at the bottom it is a kind of apocalypse. Our life lies on top when we feel more happiness than sadness, and vice versa. If an industry is an example, the position above is when the industry is getting a lot of success or success. On the other hand, this bottom position is when the industry loses money or goes bankrupt and closes. **Why did it happen?** *Sometimes above sometimes below* Changes that occur in water and cause this cycle are influenced by several factors, especially temperature. Also in our lives, this aspect is a variety of disasters and fortunes that suddenly change. However, there is something more meaningful than just wishing luck and resisting disaster, is **"how we respond to both of these"** and **"how we react to them will determine how long we stay in a position caused by disaster and luck"**. If we are arbitrarily with the abundant fortune that we have, it could be that this fortune is a temporary peak and falls freely behind it. If we experience disasters right, there may be a point of falling that makes us bounce back and last longer at the top. **Why should we be aware of this?** Like water that is not always in the clouds or always at the bottom of the earth, our lives are not always happy and not always sad. Often we are trapped in situations that make us forget the power of God. When we are happy, sometimes we don't remember to be grateful or remember people who are less fortunate than us, or even less so to brag. On the other hand, when we are sad, sometimes we feel like we are the most difficult people in the world, don't remember to ask God for strength to try to get out of trouble, or rather blame others. *We need to remember this life change so that we don't forget ourselves. Remembering what is below while at the top will prevent us from being arrogant and acting arbitrarily. Likewise when we are at the bottom, we need to look up so as not to sink into adversity, because hope will always be there and encourage us to move in that direction. If life is like the cycle of water and the wheel, then try to last a long time at the top. If you fall, quickly get back up!*

The Pas Time is a stage where we have gone through it, or haven't had time to go through it. Time is often considered trivial by many people, if you pay attention there are several time itself, namely: **1. Past** The past is the time when we have gone through, or the past. That past is "means", why? Because from the past we gain a lot of experience, we can learn from the past. What is not good is fixed, what is already good is improved for the better. The past should be left alone, but remember that the past is "Meaningful". **2. Future** After remembering the past, now we move to the future. The future is our time to achieve success, what we want to be, what we want to be. It is obligatory to really understand how we respond to the future, because the future is "very meaningful" for our lives going forward. **3. Present time** From the two periods above, there is one more time here, namely the present. The current period is a "very meaningful" period, because it is the present that determines what kind of future we will be, what we want to be. At this time we are just lazy, yes that would certainly ensure our future, if we try to make the present, our future will certainly be bright. Remember this is a very **"Meaningful"** time. Then what about the past? I think an understanding like “I have a past” or “Our past” by placing the ownership factor can make us less self-conscious and think that the past is not part of our lives. This is a bit risky, because many people fall into the pit of arrogance because they think their past is not part of their life, many people abdicate responsibility because they think their past is mere possession, so they easily throw it away and escape the responsibilities. So far, I think it's been enough to give my thoughts if you think the past is "possession" is a big mistake. Let's start with a deeper reflection. Life is accumulative, we are a continuous creation of all our past, all the people we have known and were part of the story are people who have contributed to our lives as well. Elementary school friends, middle school friends, high school friends, house friends, people you used to love and people who used to love you, people you hated and people who used to hate you, family area, work area and all the people you have ever appeared in their midst are the people who have contributed to shape you to this day. This means that we have great power throughout this life, the fabric of the story that then sometimes supports your every step, especially if it turns out that you have dated a very beautiful girl and after that you can no longer get a girl as beautiful as her. So that kind of thing can provide support in your subconscious that having a beautiful girl is not impossible. The past is dominant in shaping us, but not as an alibi for doing out-of-the-ordinary actions. Appreciate the past as the past accompanies your life until now, if she is not good, introduce your new person who is definitely better than before, if she is good, prove that the title "good" is indeed what you deserve. Simply put, there are many people who are a part of our lives let alone have donations in shaping our individuals. The point is, "We are also a part of many people's lives and have a contribution in shaping other individuals". **So, share a good impression with everyone we know. Because life is only for those who are aware, aware that doing good is no longer an obligation, but it is part of us.**

Water part 1. Adjusting **Flexible** , maybe that's what this water character can interpret. The bonds between molecules are more tenuous than solids, giving water the ability to adapt its form to its place. The water in the bottle will be a bottle. The water in the bucket will be a bucket. What, then, can we learn from this character of water? Being a flexible individual means being an individual who is able to adapt to close conditions. In official activities, we can behave politely as well as formally. When we have dialogue with shy people, we can compensate. When talking to parents or small children, we can get used to our behavior and words. **Why is it mandatory to be able to adapt to a close area?** Because only by adapting can we survive. When we become compatible with other people, so that other people feel safe with us, that means they become more open to accept us. We can imagine this through the following experiment: Which is easier: (1) Putting water in a bottle, or (2) Put the ice cubes into the bottle. Because it can get used to its shape, of course water is easier to put in a bottle. Whether it's by pouring water for a long time or submerging the bottle in water, the water will keep coming in. Unlike the ice cubes which we cannot allow into the bottle itself. We must get used to the size first so that it fits through the mouth of the bottle. **Then how to be a person who can adapt?** We can revisit the description of the character of water. What makes water accustomed to its shape is the density of molecules that are less dense than solids. Call it, molecular density is a kind of our ego. As we get stronger, it gets harder for us to get used to the area. Although it is possible, but we can't always force the area to be the way we want. There are only us who adapt to the area. **People who are able to adapt are people who do not close themselves to conditions. He knows that things don't just go one way, so he's open to the possible outside. He is also a person who is aware of diversity. He is also a very attentive person.** Thank you for reading my writing, I hope it is useful.

Benefits of Being a Good Listener If discussed further, hearing is not just so that it appears to hear. But hearing in its truest sense: ***Hearing well***. So a good listener aims so that the message conveyed by the speaker can be understood well by the listener. There is no data bias, there is no misunderstanding or misinterpretation. ***Becoming a good listener is not easy. It takes desire and expertise in this matter.*** ***Unfortunately***, listening skills are not often taught in schools or colleges. What is often taught is how to have a dialogue or give a speech in front of a crowd. Moreover, many courses offer training and public speaking. People also conclude that they are more interested in learning how to be a good speaker. There is nothing wrong because the dialogue in front of a crowd is difficult for the majority of people. Not so with hearing. Listening is considered a natural and easy thing because everyone can usually hear. This assumption causes people to be more inclined to practice dialogue, whereas how to be a good listener gets less attention. The urgency of being a good listener can be seen or proven in communication between people or between groups. Many problems arise from miscommunication or misunderstanding. *As a result, what is meant by the speaker is different from what is received by the listener. Because of this miscommunication, conflicts can also arise.* Now, this confirms how important it is to have good communication, which includes being a good listener. Therefore, how to be a good listener must get serious attention so that what is informed by the speaker can be understood well, without facing distortion. ***What are the Benefits?*** Next, let's see what are the benefits of being a good listener. ***The First***, appreciate the speaker. By being a good listener, we indirectly value the speaker. We show enthusiasm and intensity with body expressions and gestures. Everyone needs to be heard. This is an opportunity to appreciate other people's comments or thoughts by paying close attention to what they have to say. ***Second***, the message is conveyed well. If we can be good listeners, we may master the message conveyed by the speaker. Not only the spoken message, but also the disguised message carried by facial expressions, gestures, eye thoughts, and others. No miscommunication. So a good listener will make it very easy to receive messages. ***Third***, increase knowledge. If when we are in dialogue we give data or comments to others, on the contrary when we listen, we listen to the data, comments, or thoughts of others. In other words, by being a listener we will increase referrals or knowledge. We are rich in knowledge or data thanks to the willingness to be good listeners. So, there's nothing wrong with being a good listener. ***Fourth***, protect good bonds. So being a good listener can have a direct impact on the bond of friendship or friendship. Not sure? Just try to always refute or deny whatever other people say to you, and observe the results. Building a good bond can be tried by practicing the moves to be a good listener. We will find it easier to make friends by acting friendly, indifferent, and empathetic in observing others. **Not by arguing, and criticizing endlessly. Being a good listener is a surefire way to develop and maintain friendships based on mutual respect.** The question is, have we become efficient listeners? Friendship and brotherhood are initiated and nurtured with a willingness to be a good listener.

Useful like a Brick **Brick** is one of the materials commonly used to construct buildings. Together with other materials, brick has a significant position to form and protect the strength of the building. As long as there are still buildings being built, the brick-making industry will continue to be needed. As we know, bricks are man-made. This stone has a mud bottom material. After going through the processing process, the soft mud turns into a hard and sturdy stone so that it has **more benefits and value**. So, what can we learn from these bricks? We can see how the effort that is being tried becomes something that is not useful so that it is more useful for many people. Not many people need mud, but after the mud is turned into bricks, people use it when they want to build houses. This is how we make ourselves more useful to others. ***Why must it be useful?*** Because what else is our goal in this world if not to be useful people? By being useful, it means that we are grateful for what God has shared with us. We do not waste what God has allotted for us. By being useful, we have lightened the burden of others. ***What did the mud and bricks mean?*** Like that we are. People who are not useful are like mud. Soft, sticky, make dirty. What can we do with mud? Meanwhile, useful people are like bricks. Stronger, stronger. Many seek, many need. We can also think of this mud and bricks as our individual. We can observe that people with strong personalities are sought after more than soft people. ***How to be a strong individual?*** To become a strong individual, of course you need to go through a process in life, as well as processing mud into bricks. The various problems that come are a process that makes us stronger and more experienced. By going through this problem, we pass a session and make our individual stronger than before. Patience, intensity, sincerity, hard work, and other good things will continue to be honed as our lives go on. It's not easy indeed, but if we try, don't be lazy, and go through it the right way, then all of it will produce good results. *But if you think about it, just one brick is not enough to build a building, right?* *Well, that's right. But no, by becoming a necessary brick, we can become a system for the common good with other bricks, sand, cement, and other materials.*

About Me and Cigarette Ever since I was a kid, I didn't like cigarettes. And fortunately until now I am still not interested in smoking. I have some interesting experiences with cigarettes that I want to share. Eits, this is not a trial and error smoking experience, because I really didn't have time to hold a cigarette. This is a confession about me and cigarettes. ***Smoking and family*** I am very grateful that I grew up in a family that was very supportive of me not trying cigarettes. My mother and sister are not very fond of cigarette smoke. My father smokes, but doesn't have time to do it at home. He also never offered to give me a try, probably because he was worried about my mother and sister. Yes, they grumble sadly when dad gets caught smoking. I don't remember why when I was little I didn't really like cigarettes. It could be because my parents really took care of me not to be too close to him. All I remember is that the smell of cigarette smoke is not delicious, so I think cigarettes are not good. If my dad's friends visit and they smoke, I tend to stay away from them. Or if I have to be near them, I hold my breath. A kind of instinct to keep a distance from cigarettes. ***Smoking and socializing*** When I reached school age, I was very grateful to be in good company. If there are also my friends who smoke, they don't invite me. I guess they were also keeping me from going with them into the dark. Again, no interest. Actually, I was also imagining what if one day someone came up who asked me to smoke, then called me a 'sissy' because I didn't smoke. But there was no such thing. If there are, I can simply tell them I don't smoke, complete with a proud expression on my face. I realize that smokers don't bother to force those who are sincere in choosing anti-smoking. Because their efforts are in vain. ***Funny experience*** I had a funny experience when I was little. It happened in the train at night. At that time the air was quite hot and I was already feeling tired from the expedition. Instantly there was the smell of cigarette smoke. The one whose name is a child, and at that time I still couldn't contain myself, I immediately grumbled, "Sopo seh iki sing smoking?" (Who the hell is smoking) complete with an irritated face. Instantly a father passed me and walked out of the carriage, none other than the passenger sitting right next to me. My parents almost glared, but they weren't mad because I wasn't wrong. I'm also ashamed of the words that just jumped out of my mouth, but I don't feel guilty because I wasn't wrong. ***Advise not to smoke?*** ***I don't like cigarettes, but I don't necessarily hate those who do. Being a smoker or not, it's an individual choice, just like being a shoppaholic or a soccer freak. We can't think someone is bad just because they smoke. I believe, from the many anti-smoking appeals out there, smokers also know the dangers of smoking. But they always continue because there is something they have from cigarettes. They are willing to take all the risks. If they want to stop smoking, in time they will end it themselves. Because the one who can force it is not other people, but oneself.*** *I will be very happy for you to have read my writing. Thanks You.*

Smartphone shifts PC and Laptop In the past, before laptops and smartphones were known to the general public, computers were one of the most loved technology products. Various magazines and tabloids always discuss the development of computer technology. Yes, usually the growth of a computer is identical to the processor that is attached to the computer's motherboard. But along with the growth of the era, the arrival of computers began to be shifted by the presence of laptops. Laptops with a slimmer and smaller design are easy to carry anywhere, let alone can fit into a bag. But now the market share of computers and laptops doesn't seem to be as booming as the 90s to 2000. From 2010 to 2018 people prefer to buy smartphones than buying computers or laptops. Smartphones can now take over from laptops if what we focus on is internet connectivity. With a smartphone, we don't need to carry a whole modem. It is also possible to read email with a smartphone, besides that the status of the messenger application now seems to take over the position of SMS. People prefer fun messengers than texting. For telephone calls, the author feels that it is more economical to use an information package than a telephone using a voice package. Calling abroad using the WA application will be more efficient when compared to calling outside the country using a voice package. Well, that's a bit of a smartphone advantage compared to computers and laptops. But for work that is not related to the internet, computers and laptops cannot be replaced by smartphones. For example, an architect would be safer to draw with AutoCAD on a computer or laptop. Smartphones are generally only used to send photos that have been made in JPEG or PDF format. So for the writer's opinion, the arrival of smartphones does not shift the role of computers and laptops. But it meets the existing technology. We can't all leave computers and laptops, besides we also use smartphones in our work every day. Smartphones are indeed instant for sending files, talking, reading and sending e-mails. However, the smartphone was originally designed as a communication tool, not designed as an electronic feature that can carry out office tasks that involve computing, design, information processing, information input, and storage of information in very large capacities. Although currently there is cloud computing technology that allows us to store large amounts of information with smartphones. For example, with the Google Drive and DropBox applications, we can store quite a large amount of information. *What is clear, smartphones, computers and laptops have different uses and personalities. But it will be very powerful if we are able to integrate all three in our daily work.*
