If Tomorrow Is Not Mine. Today's My Day

"You bastard, children have no future. said the old man."

Some parents have said this kind of sentence when they were annoyed with their child. As a child, of course, I felt sad to hear that sentence.

Respecting good parents is a beautiful thing, but respecting bad parents is a costly thing. The sentence above made me understand that tomorrow is not mine, but I have today. A day where I had the opportunity to do my part step by step.

Today at 5 pm I wrote another narrative. I'm trying to do what I can do today with the free time I have. Don't know about tomorrow, is there still an opportunity like this? Or tomorrow I still write again? Who can know what will happen tomorrow? Today's opportunity only comes today. Tomorrow has a different story.

Today as you read this article, I just want to say that as long as you are given a new day, live it with all your heart. Don't miss an opportunity because this day will never come back. Today will pass to be replaced by tomorrow. Be meaningful today because you don't know how long you and your loved ones have been in this world.

Not every day goes well, maybe today you made a mistake. You feel useless. But that's okay, you're human. Without mistakes, you will have no learning. Admit to yourself that you are not free from mistakes. Don't demand yourself to be perfect. Be yourself, accept your strengths and weaknesses.

Your happiness is today, enjoy it. Today will be yesterday and tomorrow will not necessarily be the day for you. Be a hero today so that today becomes history in the future.

The saying goes that don't put off what you can do today. It's not 60 seconds that make a minute, but 72 heartbeats that make a minute live.

If today you succeed, rejoice. Or today you fail, cry. There is a time to laugh and a time to grieve. It's okay, it's a life full of laughter and full of tears. Do not continue to contemplate fate but be happy with what is now.
