As Elon Musk said, PoW consumes too much energy. Bitcoin Cash should switch to PoS as well. I personally would donate to such Flipstarters by devs who are capable and willing to focus on this direction.

Not sure if it is possible without a fork, but I am no blockchain expert. If ETH can do it for ETH 2.0 then so can BCH. I too would be willing to support and contribute to such endeavour.

Elon knew this before announcing that Tesla will be accepting BTC, this might just be another of his manipulative tactics. But all the same ,it will be really Great if Bitcoin Cash switches to PoS.

it is very simple PoS goes against nature even, if you are alive you need to work to live, no one lives for free, PoS is just a system to make the rich, richer. With PoW you must spend something to get something else, the law of equivalent exchange if you see it that way.
PoS will only make the world already unfair more than what it is. I don't approved of such unfair system.
