I didn't grow up in a rich family and also my parents have raised me by the thought of "you have to work to earn your money". I am not saying that what they thought wasn't relevant but it all depends on what kind of work we are talking about. I wasn't going to let the system fool me by forcing me to phisically overwork myself so I can later spend all of my money on medication and taxes. That's a no from me. I knew I had to not let that mentality get to me and try to find ways of earning money without giving much of my time and health in return.
I have been tempted so many times to invest in crypto but something always held me back. I think what used to hold me back was fear of losing money I worked so hard for but i'm slowly starting to get rid of that fear. I'm turning 25 years old this year and I know something needs to be done in order to be able to enjoy a free life, instead of working until i'm 60.
So many things pop into my head when I think about investing that I don't know where to start first. I have recently discovered the world of NFT's and crypto games and now things are starting to have a meaning. My plan is kind of simple : earn crypto through gaming, sell items, take the money, reinvest and so on. Will it work? I don't know. Will I try my best to make it work? 100%.
I remember the first day when me and my fiancee found out about the crypto world. We first bumped into Etoro and I tried investing a little bit with my virtual wallet, just testing out the platform in order to get used to it. I didn't really take it seriously back then, maybe because I also didn't have any knowledge. But things changed after I started learning about the existence of people like Elon Musk, Mark Cuban, Tim Ferris, Jack Ma and so many other people who had such a big influence that it was scarry. I thought to myself.. "I want that too. I want to know what it takes to get there."
So i've started researching about those kind of people, reading books about financial education, getting more into the depths of NFT world, everything about the benefits of online, mainly learn about things that didn't require a huge amount of work, more like a passive income type of thing. Now.. of course I did not expect to receive without giving something in return but the lesser, the better and more free time.
I am currently joggling around with a couple of things, trying to turn them into passive incomes, also enjoying them because they are fun to do and doing my best to take advantage of the time that I have to explore more ways to achieve the life I dream of.
I will surely go back to the crypto market, with intentions of investing. And this time with my real wallet. Wish me luck.
