A pleasure to greet you again in this my second post in the community, today I want to share with you a small and delicious recipe, a very simple dessert to prepare and with few ingredients, it is a passion fruit flan as we say here in Venezuela or passion fruit in other countries. In this post I will show you the very simple and quick steps of how to prepare them, so stay with me to prepare this dessert.

Ingredients

• 3 passion fruit juices

• 150 grams of sugar

• 250 ml of milk

• 25 grams of cornstarch

We start by blending the passion fruit together with 20 ml of water, after blending very well, we pass through the strainer to extract the seeds of the fruit, once this is done we take it to medium heat together with half the milk.

While the first mixture is on the fire, we will mix the other half of the milk that we have left with the cornstarch until it dissolves well, once the first part has boiled, we will place it over low heat and add the remaining milk, mix well until it thickens.

Once the flan is ready, remove from the heat, and serve in plastic containers, and put in the fridge for about 4 hours. After that time it is time to enjoy this delicious dessert. Here is the final result.
