Hello friends, it's a pleasure to greet you again today I want to share with you a very delicious recipe, it's about some chocolate cookies with white chocolate coverage, some cookies that are dedicated to a new venture from home that we will use from today. And what better time to share this recipe than here in the great community, below I'll show you how I prepare it, I hope you like it.

INGREDIENTS

• 175 grams of wheat flour

• 25 grams of cocoa powder

• 110 grams of sugar

• 80 grams of butter

• 7 grams of baking powder

• 1 egg

• 125 grams of white chocolate coating

We start creaming the butter, to do this we mix the sugar with the butter until it integrates very well and the sugar grains are dissolved.

After having the first part of the mixture ready, we add the egg and continue mixing until completely integrated and we have a homogeneous mixture.

On the other hand, we will mix the flour, baking powder and cocoa, and then sift in the previous mixture in two parts to avoid lumps in the mixture.

At this point we add the dry ingredients in two parts, mix very well without leaving lumps in the mixture. Once all the ingredients are integrated, we put the mixture in the fridge for at least an hour.

Once the time has passed in the fridge, we take the necessary amount of mixture and make balls and press lightly, then we take it to the oven already preheated to 180⁰c for 18 minutes. After that time, remove from the oven and let stand for 10 minutes.

With the cookies ready and resting, we begin to prepare the chocolate. To do this, we chop into small pieces and melt, it can be in a bain-marie or in the microwave, I didn't use any of those options 😀😀, since my oven is electric, place the chocolate in a cup and put it on the oven, and let the heat from it did the job.

Now comes the funniest part😁😋 coating the cookies with white chocolate, for this we take a cookie and dip it in the chocolate, drain a little and add chocolate rain to decorate.

Well friends, after doing all of the above, now we only have to enjoy one for the quality test, and then for sale 😀😀😀 and the result of them is as follows.
