I'm so much in love with life and all it has to offer! I'm also pretty much obsessed with every dog out there! I have a chihuahua/terrier mix named Snickers. It's the most common type of depression, and it can make you feel sad, hopeless and uninterested in everything. It can last for a few days to months, or sometimes it may last for years.
Depression is a common problem that can affect your ability to work, study and have a social life. *It can lead to the loss of interest in life or suicide.
Why depression happens?
Definitely there are many causes for depression. Some people feel depressed because of mood swings. Some are actually born with it. Some people develop depression after certain events happen in their life. It is not just a sad feeling… it is an actual disease called emotional depression. It is the feeling of hopelessness, lack of interest and motivation which affects the ability to perform tasks. This can make the difference between life and death in some cases.
Emotional depression is a form of depression that deals with irrational feelings of sadness, anger, and frustration. In most cases, emotional depression is not caused by an event in a person’s life. Rather, it is an everyday storm of negative feelings that a person has to deal with on a regular basis. There are days when you feel like you can handle anything. Emotional freedom is when you handle everything that comes your way with grace and confidence.
I so much love to put smiles on people’s faces. I draw silly pictures, but not just any silly pictures, pictures that make people happy. That’s my mission in life. No one has ever truly laughed or smiled until they’ve seen my drawings. Can't get out of bed, mood swings, and fatigue are just some of the symptoms of emotional depression. When you feel like you're falling apart and can't seem to find a way to glue yourself back together, it can be difficult to remember that you are not alone. When you start to notice yourself feeling sad for no reason, it is time to seek out some advice. This article will share with you what emotional depression is, how it affects the mind and body, and together we can figure out ways to help you get your life back on track.
First: What is emotional depression?
You have likely heard of "clinical depression" before, which is a more severe form of this condition. To have clinical depression means that the feelings of sadness and fatigue are persistent and almost impossible to shake off. This can result in the affected person experiencing constant thoughts about suicide or simply not showing up for work for weeks at a time. With mild "emotional" depression, however, comes not just sadness but also irritability and mood swings, making it far more difficult to go about your daily life. Having emotional depression is like being in a fog. You feel sluggish all day long and although nothing as drastic as suicide is on your mind, you're definitely not living life to the fullest.
I'm currently taking a break from writing. I've been depressed for the past year and a half. I just don't feel happy anymore and I can't seem to find my passion again.
