First take 1/2 cucumber, 1 handful cherry or grape tomatoes, 1/2 avocado and cut them into cubes. Then take 1/4 onion and 1/8 cup parsley and chop them. Then put all of them in a bowl. Then add 1/4 cup black olives (optional), 1/2 cup grilled chicken breast ( cut into cubes), juice of 1 medium size lemon, 2 tbsp olive oil, salt and black pepper to taste and mix them all.
Ready to eat your Chicken Cucumber Avocado Salad..
