Viabtc's founder revealed BCH fork idea called Bitcoin Cat in the middle of debate around Bitcoin Cash Difficulty Adjustment Algorithm (DAA). The debate was followed by Bitcoin ABC's blog post which pointed that they will be using Jonathan Toomim's Assert DAA. At the end of the announcement, the lead developer of the Bitcoin ABC detailed that infrastructure Funding Proposal (IFP) would be a part of the next upgrade, resulting in BCH's proponents' squabbling over the IFP.
