Found by archaeologist during the 20th century. It is a religious find. The words written in the scroll are Hebrew that both have biblical and non biblical material. These scrolls held 19 copies of book of Isaiah, 25 of Deuteronomy, and 30 of Psalms.
But on March 2020, Bible of the Museum announced that the 16 dead sea scrolls are modern forgeries.
So its a fraud
